Amazing build! This is the true definition of “less is more.” Nothing over the top. Just clean and simple 🔥. Also, appreciate your transparency as far as totally cost goes.
Thanks for the kind words and for understanding. Please subscribe if you can!
Bro your truck is insane, I loved it. Thanks for the info. God bless.
Thank you. God bless.
Awesome Video my Man. Super looking 1500 Ram. Thanks again for addressing the cost factor.
@William Moffatt You are welcome. Thanks for watching. Please subscribe to the channel and share the video if you can!
I subscribed! And I have the same truck. Looking to get it lifted. Trying to find a place on the east coast with the best prices. But it will happen soon. To God be the Glory!
Thanks for the inspiration... I'm working on getting 22 ram lifted soon!
Wonderful and congrats on your new truck! Please subscribe if you can!
Thank you for sharing this video brother
Clean👌🏽. Very nice. I bought mine already lifted. 6” lift, my tires are 35’s. Rim type. Same brand as yours. RAM 1500 2021. I have chrome on mine. Gotta match my bike👌🏽. Black and Chrome baby😂. That limited edition is smooth looking though🤔. I dig it💪🏽
Good looking truck bro. I got a 017 lifted, and it rides and looks great.
@Drifter That's great to hear. Please subscribe if you can!
This is a gorgeous truck. And a big thank you for putting out all the info about your setup with the Air Ride. I had no clue how hard it was going to be to try and add aftermarket kits to an air ride suspension. You're doing a helluva job in keeping it look real lean and mean, without going overboard. I'm aiming for a very close look as yours.
@Dylan Amen Thanks for the compliment. Yes, I did not want to go to far with it. Just the 5 inch lift itself, is a nice upgrade on looks.
Truck looks badass my man!
Thank you. I appreciate you supporting the channel.
Great truck🔥 love it!
Thank you so much. Please subscribe to the channel and share the video if you can!
Beautiful truck!
Nice truck-from the looks it seems to be a show truck, whats the functionality of it? Did you change the exhaust- I went with a Borla exhaust-it's a remarkable sound to match the look of my RAM doesn't look as pretty as yours though, yet I use it for the intended purpose of hauling and towing.
Love the truck. I’m working on mine right now. What power running boards do you have?
Got head move from my boy Q lol. Nice video keep up the good content
Lol yes I have seen Q and a couple others do that. Thanks for the shout out and please subscribe if you can!
Very nice Truck! Would love to get a 2022 and do the same thing.
@Ernest Vickers When you get your truck negotiate the best price you can. Thanks for watching and please subscribe!
This truck is 🔥🔥🔥
Nice video
Truck looks phenomenal! Do you have any issues with parking in your garage/airport? Also what kind of warrant did RC/your shop offer? I was recommended doing the BDS 4" lift but its more expensive, about $2700 but they state that if any part of the kit is damaged, they replace it for life.
Hi. I don't anymore since I changed wheels the other. I'll shoot a video and talk more about it. Rough Country's website discusses their warranty and the install shop would hold up to it. Yes, BDS is quite expensive but if you are going to be off roading a lot it may be worth it for you.
Good looking truck. Looks great but how does it ride? I would have gone with a fatter tire less rim but those rims are sick! My truck is getting lifted this week.
@Jose Ortiz Thanks for the compliment. I really do not notice the difference up to about 45 or 50 mph. At faster speeds, depending on the road quality you can feel some vibration. Also, the turning has a little more resistance but not bad at all.
Thanks bro
Im not a dodge nor ford fan but I aint gonna front, yo truck is on point! I'm straight up GM so I'm actually workin on liftin my 00 astro.
Thanks for watching and for the compliment. Come on over to the Ram family lol! Please subscribe if you can!
Love the truck. I want to do a 24x14. Do you think it would fit.
Sweet truck 👍🏼
Thank you!
Clean AF
Nice Truck Boss!! Just picked up a 2022 limted as well. Mine has the air ride suspension as well. Trying to go for the same look. Any suggestions you have that you would have done different?
Thanks for the kind words. If you want bigger wheels, I would go with 24"x10" rather than 24"x12" and I would go with a slightly narrow tire so that you don't have any rubbing. The rubbing isn't too bad under normal situations but when you need to turn tight you'll hear it.

@@wegotoptions9927 Thanks for replying and the advice! Will definitely keep that in mind when I start to build her up. Subscribed and will continue to watch your videos.
@@devsidhu8612 Thanks for your support!
Your factory wheels actually looks good🤓
Yes I agree but I wanted something a little larger. Please subscribe if you can!
@@wegotoptions9927 will do👍🏾
Did they have to do any cutting or shaving for the wheels?
Wow.. 7k but looks awesome!!! I just bought a truck, so looks like my 64k truck is going to cost 71k
Yes it is possible. If you have factory 22's and can reuse them with perhaps new tires, then that could save you $2,000+.
That’s a hell of a truck! I have a 22 patriot blue limited night edition….if you haven’t already, could you go over the warranty of the lift? I bought an extended warranty for my ram and would hate for that to be ruined if a simple lift null’s out the entire warranty.
@adam oconnell Thanks for the idea. I'll need to do a little research on it before I make the video. Please subscribe and share this video if you can.
Hey Adam, I just bought the 22 white Limited Night Edition. I bought the Rough Country at first, but just returned it this week. I too bought the extended warranty, but it was through Lithia Motors (not sure if any of that was through Ram), but from my understanding with all of my research, is that BDS is the only brand that has a "No BS" warranty, that's covered by them because of their quality and tolerances. I had to go with the BDS 4' and because I have the diesel, I had to order and extended drive shaft. I can't wait, it's all going on next week.
Technically it can only void the part of the warranty that it affects-aftermarket suspension components can’t void engine warranty or something along those lines if that’s what you’re asking
@@chuckscruffy Well said. That's my understanding as well.
Mine
Lift 5” rough country - $1800
American Force 22x12 - $3800
Nitto Ridge Grapplers 35x12.50R22LT - $2600
Installation - $600
Total $8,800
Nice. You went big time on the wheels and tires! Thanks for watching and please subscribe if you can!
Amazing looking truck. Did you lose your warranty on the truck after the lift?
The truck has not been to the dealership since I lifted it. Any component not connected to the suspension should be fine and they would have to prove the lift caused the damage to void anything. Please subscribe if you can!
How is the steering? Is there play in your steering wheel? Like the look!
When you approach full turns on the steering you do feel a slight push back which I noticed while sitting still and checking for rubbing. During normal driving the wheel stays steady and the truck goes straight. A good alignment plays a role in that.
Good looking truck. ..
@Albert S. Thank you. It's interesting how much a 5 inch lift can transform a truck!
@@wegotoptions9927 you right about that, now your video about the 5 things about lifting the truck,I'm pretty sure a lot of people don't have any idea about that, very honest video, thanks always...
@@albert.s.418 Thanks for watching! Please subscribe and share the video if you can.
@@wegotoptions9927 sure..
How much did the ride quality change? Better or worst?
Also, does the steering feel much heavier?
The ride quality at times is very close to stock. It really depends on the quality of the road you are on. I have been going 45 or 85 and still feel smooth and at those same speeds have some vibration. It's all about the road's quality but overall I feel it is still within 80 to 90% of the stock ride quality. Yes, the steering is somewhat heavier but not bad. You could go with a thinner wheel and tire to reduce that feeling.
Do you like Rough Country? Does it allow you go to all of designated heights with the air ride ?
@Arron Webster Yes this lift has been just fine and I can use all ride heights.
Where are you located? Nice ride
Nice looking ride bro! Looking at trading in my lifted Ram for a Durango with your color scheme. Grey on black..
Thank you. That sounds sweet. Which engine do you want in the Durango?
@@wegotoptions9927 I went ahead and got the Durango RT with a Hemi... but I do miss my lifted Ram though lol
@@itoldyouso2137 Very nice. I understand. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
@@wegotoptions9927 I like it so far but I already started building my next Ram... I'll be back in the lifted truck gang
@@itoldyouso2137 Lol ok I hear you!
Good looking truck. How many miles are those tires rated for?
Thanks for the kind words. If you run this tire in the 24's size there is no tread life rating for mileage that I am aware. Some smaller sizes like for 20's or 22's say 50,000 miles on various websites. Please subscribe if you can!
@@wegotoptions9927 Good to know. I drive my Ram about 65k miles per year. So just curious. Thanks for the response. You've got another sub.
@@MrJustinWheeler Yes, sir. The decision is yours to make of course but I would go with a smaller wheel diameter and a tire that warranties mileage. Thanks for supporting the channel. I only drive about 8 thousand miles per year in the truck at this time.
Any updates to the truck?
Were you ever in the service?
Very nice look. What is the offset of your wheels? Any backspacing? Any rubbing?
Thanks for the compliment. The wheels are -44 offset with a 4.77 inch backspacing per the manufacturer's website. Yes, they do rub as you approach full turns when turning to the right more so than the turning left. I did not want to do anymore than basic trimming of the bottom of the plastic inner liner so I have experienced some rubbing. You probably can go with a Fuel Wheel with a +1 offset, 24 inches by 10 inches wide, and a tire that is closer to 33 or 34 inches and you should be less likely to have rubbing.
Are you still able to use the factory air lift system from Ram?
Yes all 5 levels of air suspension work. Please subscribe if you can!
Did you notice a significant change in mpg?
No not really for City driving because I had a heavy foot before I lifted it. I take it easier now. The highway mpg dropped some but I'm not on the highway all that often. Please subscribe if you can!
Where did you get your rims and tires from ?
After checking around with multiple stores, I ordered the wheels and tires from a fairly local mom and pops type repair shop. The national chain stores and even online would have been more.
@@wegotoptions9927 I gotcha .

Is your rough country shock are the N3
Yes they are. Thanks for watching and please subscribe if you can!
@@wegotoptions9927 I did subscribe. Do they ride smooth like factory or better.
@@duaneburke5424 Thanks for your support. Yes the shocks are fine for the way I use the truck and keep it on pavement 99% of the time. They feel equivalent to the factory shocks to me.
PHAT!
😁👍😍❗
@don earl Lol yessir
