red colour icon is showing wrong..
it will red when value is less than 250....but when value is greater than 250 there also showing red icon

At 3:37 he forgot to change the range of the format conditional rules, and kept the default values.
Probably would have been easier to copy format and then tick the "show icons only".

Cause while showing the example of indicator, he was not changed the icon rules and performed & showed as an example. so that's the reason its not reflecting over there. @2:11 sec you can notice exact visuals of icons with the values. but the moment he is taking second part of indicator example he was not made changes to the rules(those are not our selected values ) Hope it may help you bit. ** So in second part we have look after for how to add only Icons in a particular column...Instead of looking for the exact match in this case....

Your conditional formatting is wrong! Go back and edit formatting and change 'precent' to 'number'
