I LOVE it! So happy to find a recipe using beans instead of TVP, because that is something I am positive my son will be happy to make for himself as it is less work than having to soak the TVP :D (one step less counts when you're at uni, right? ;) ) so from one mother to another, I thank you from the bottom of my heart

If you go to Istanbul, I recommend you the restaurant “vegan masa” the Vegan Lahmacun and Pide are amazing

We haven't bought Lahmajoun from bakeries for almost 5-6 years, can't really recommend any specific store, but most Armenian bakeries make it quite ok:)

I am having trouble sourcing the "red pepper paste". What brands are for this and what section would I be looking in? I can only find a korean one online, but I'm not sure if this is the right one.

+Lupi33 it's usually sold in Mediterranean or middle eastern stores, I came up with a perfect recipe for that pepper paste, will post it very soon
