- In-depth look at different ways to watch movies in any way you like from small balcony screens to massive and immersive environments. #applevisionpro #apple #visionpro
I want the AVP purely for this. All the other cool stuff it does will be just icing for me.
Seriously, just got one yesterday and it’s just mind blowing. Only the beginning too once more apps and things are integrated to visionOS
That reflection thing is pretty genius. Its very simple yet more immersive
agree!
great demo
Thanks!
Is it possible to have a still picture even if we move?
Best demo ever but can you explain how big screen size looks when you were in Mount hood may 300 inch
Apple claim 100 feet wide
I'm not sure how to describe it other than... you can make the screen big enough where it is sorta uncomfortable where you need to look left and right a lot because you cannot fit the whole screen in view. Not good for eyes or neck. And obviously from there you can make it much smaller. I don't think anyone should worry about "can I make a big enough movie screen"....
This looks so incredible. If only they allowed any content to be played like this... How comfortable is AVP for you in general? Most people complain about the weight on the front of your face really making it hard to use for extended periods - curious if that's the case for you?
My previous video goes into this more. It is not comfortable for me. Biggest complaint.
@@BrandonMeves Man that sucks. You'd think Apple would nail the ergonomics, but I guess that's still left for V2.
Does it look so jittery with the head movements while you're wearing Vision Pro? The screen recording shows very quick head movements.
It does not. I was worried about the same thing watching vids before I got mine. For whatever reason the screen recordings make it looks super jittery
I feel like i should be blown away by this thing but i guess im getting old.
Hi! do you know if we can watch the 3D movies inside the Cinema Mode? Thanks!
Yes!
How about the sound output ?
I did cover more on this in previous video if interested!
Can you watch your own home video's in theater mode? Or only Apple TV movies and trailers?
Think only Apple TV stuff
Thats CRAZY, I think thats the main reason alot of peoplewould want to to play their own video files and not just movies on apple tv in cinema mode. I guest the Quest 3 beats it there with Bigscreen mode and being able to watch with others @@BrandonMeves
How do you go in theater mode? What app? Where to go to access this? Nobody talking about where to access it
This was in the Apple TV app where I found a move to watch (Greyhound).
Only iTunes and AppleTV content have access to these immersive modes although other apps like Disney+ and Max have their own immersive environments. You look and pinch at the movie screen, then the Environments menu appears on the top left. You can choose from dark/light modes of the current environment (although you cannot change the environment location from here) or the theater.
What is resolution like?
At 4k the size of your living room wall, it’s great
Say I’m laying in bed and my head is resting on a pillow. Is there a way to lock the image so I can just watch the movie without the spacial aspect of VR
I also wanna know this. Did u find out?
@@aiden7154 Not yet. I even tried it with my quest 2 but couldn’t find a way to do it.
i think this only works for apple tv app. can’t seem to do it for disney plus or anything else
Correct!
main reason why besides the price of why I went with the Quest 3
How in the hell are people recording their screens with showing Apple TV? Mine always blanks out to black.
Trailers work 👍🏼
AND how's the glare????
No glare
so your saying that when your in a dark movie theatre watching bright content there is ZERO glare around it? You're the only one then it seems?
@@BrandonMeves
While watching movie, do get distracted by limited Field of view?
Not me
Alot of gimmicks.
thanks for watching
No thanks…
for what?
I have to agree before this video I didn't know that you can only go into Chinama mode with Apple tv or iTunes to get the theater experience while the Quest 3 , you can play any file in big screen mode
