Watching this channel is like going to "How to build a model like professionals do" school,
Another well presented video Mike, thank you for the time you put into these. I finished my B-25 using your video's, Going to start the B-17G in April, but this B-24 is on my radar for the fall. Have a great weekend sir.

Purchased one of your books at a local hobby store back in the 90’s. Still have it in my library of modeling books and references. About this video series of this B-24, thankful you put this together to show us the problem areas of the kit. Looks like it’s going to require a bit of aftermarket to get it “right” - engines and nose glass for sure. I typically display my aircraft models in flight, so I won’t have to be concerned with the nose weigh issue, thankfully. I currently have the old Monogram B-24D on the bench with build in progress, but the HB kit will be soon afterwards. Thank you for posting the videos.

Love these assembly reviews. Still debating between 1/48 or Airfix's new B-24.

Thnak you Mike for your videos. I watch them as soon as I get notified. Keep them coming please. By the way, what kind of masking tape do you use for taping up the models?

I use 3M painters masking tape with the red cardboard. You can find them on Ebay.
Be sure to verify with the seller that the tape has the red cardboard.

Think we can get a 1/48 PB4Y-2 Privateer someday?

If we do it will most likely be a Trumpeter kit

Here is a question: How much weight is needed up front to get this model to sit right? The instructions show where the weight should go, but they don't say how much weight is required.

      Good question
I have not built this one yet, but I am working on the Revell/Monogram kit.
I should know in a month or so.
