Royal Conservatoire teacher Esther Protzman, teaches point-work @home in her "kitchen sessions". Today we do POINT-BARRE.This is a general point-barre for Intermediate to Advanced ballet-students. Do NOT execute the exercises if it is not for you!!! Please use your common sense.
Esther has been a professional dancer with both Royal Ballet of Flanders and the Dutch National Ballet in the previous century. After a full-time teachers-course @ the Hungarian Dance Academy, she has been teaching at the National Ballet Academy (1998/2000) and the Royal Conservatoire since 2001 until this day......
Due to COVID-19 we are obliged to teach from our homes.
I am fully aware that nothing will replace our daily ballet- and point-classes, but this is just a reach-out to keep moving and trying to stay in shape...or get better!!! :)
