Haha, I was thinking that. I reckon it might of been an old person as they were driving slow afterwards and taking a while to get through other green signals too. But this one they did not seem to get the message here. I thought a couple friendly toots of the horn would be the nicest way to say "okay lets go its green". Never liked long horn blows as it can come across rude or rage like.
Thanks, I never like raging with the horn and was always taught you only use the horn to make people aware to avoid a potential crash. As there were cars behind approaching here I figure a couple short toots would be okay as the car in front did not want to go.
