That reminds me of something. I think this was Qaddafi, but correct me if I'm wrong. He gets on National TV and says straight-up that he's stepping down as dictator. That's it, he's done, the country is free. People were shooting off fireworks and celebrating the whole night.
The next morning, people switch the TV back on and Qaddafi is there, and says he's back by popular demand.
He probably did this to find out how many people didn't like him, but I like to think he was just a massive troll.

Hello, I'm from Türkmenistan and this is my favorite video on RUclips! Additional, i didn't even even know that video games were banned because i used just go to to bazaar and buy one with no precautions.
So I lived in Turkmenistan for around a year (a bit less) so this was interesting. I did also get the see this “portal”. Me and my family went on a little “camping” trip and we got to see it. The trip was horrible because it’s in the middle of the desert and there is dust everywhere, plus there was no toilet (obviously) so I took a poo behind a bush. Our stay there was interesting. The average American was basically a millionaire so we were able to get a driver and a fancy house, which later caught fire. (What happens was our heater caught fire to the house. We were all fine and the house was not burned to the ground just the upstairs was a bit Charred) I also got to learn Russian because it was the main language but I forgot all of it. Also you were not allowed to take photos is the presidents palace. There were guards outside and my mom took a photo of it so they ran over and made her delete it. Edit: I was 12 at the time I am almost 15 now

Turkmen is the main language. Russian is just Lingua Franca in Central Asia.
Yes they did speak Turkmen. But most of the time it was Russian. They also had Russian classes in the school but no Turkmen lessons.
@@squashead1119 Are you sure? Turkmenistan renamed the months of the year based on old Turkic Calendar and promoted semi propaganda books that glorified Turkmen customs. Doing that but not teaching their national language seems unlikely.

You need to do the "take a shower" focus tree first though to get rid of the national spirit "unsavory smells" because getting rid off that unlocks the Socializing decision thus giving you "the getting a girlfriend events" but here's the problem, you need to do the "get a life" decision in order to do "uninstalling Hearts of Iron 4" which is crucial because you can't do the decision without it, but it requires 500 political power but since having Kaiserreich installed was thought of as a good idea, you are now locked in a four way mental health civilwar and you basically need to micromanage your way to win, but oh no, the environmental debuffs makes it harder so to mitigate it you need to spend fifteen civilian factories in to do the "seek a therpaist" decision which can be deadly because you need to build military factories to win the civilwar, and since you have the "broke" national spirit, you get -50 stability, -50 Warsupport, and +20% consumer goods which cripples your readily available civilian factories. But you could to the "tax evasion" decision in order to get -10% Consumer goods but there is a chance called the "IRS comes for you event" where it could lead into harsher debuffs or a game over. Pretty hard Hoi4 challenge, should've uninstalled Kaiserreich and installed TNO so you can do the Redpilled, sigma male, ultra-based focus trees.

A burning hole in the ground being one of the best tourists attractions in Turkmenistan seems very fitting
I like these types of videos way more to be honest. Lowkey edgy stuff about crappy parts of the internet is fun but it gets old faster compared to these more interesting educational (I guess) videos.
