    I have really been enjoying your videos. Especially your diy solutions. I have been slowly building up some wood working tools and would love to merge these 2 hobby's like you have. Thanks and keep the videos coming!

      Thanks A Bit Salty - appreciate the watch! Yes, I often wonder whether I like the building and designing of the system or actually keeping the animals better. This hobby certainly appeals to the builder we all were at 9 years old : )

    awesome video as usual! When I had my copperband he had a tendency to nip at my meaty flesh LPS...completely decimated my acan garden so he had to go. Aside from that my yellow tang didn't like him very much think it was the similar body shape that pissed him off. Also more videos please ! 2 weeks in between updates is torture....lol. Do you have a build thread somewhere I can get my fix on in-between videos?

      I know I know - I'm trying to get the videos out weekly, but things have been busy : ) As I get faster at editing hopefully I can be more dependable - my apologies. I don't have a build thread unfortunately - just concentrating the time on the videos. As for the Copperband - every fish is different - I've heard others like yours can nip at corals. Some would say just keeping them well fed would alleviate any issues - it might help, but sometimes a fish will just be a fish. Thanks so much for the watch!

    Most people avoid Bristle Worms like the plague. I'm curious as to why you are a fan of them.

      Hey Brennan, the small bristle worms in the kit can be a good part of your clean up crew, eating leftover food and waste. The large fireworms are the predatory type that can be a serious problem. The bristle worms in the kit stay small, and I've never had an issue. I can see, as with anything in your tank, if their populations get out of hand they could be a problem, but I've never reached that level.

    Looking good man! Where do you order your fish from?

    • @ReefEco
      @ReefEco  2 года назад +1

      Thanks Mike - appreciate it! I've ordered non-quarantined fish from Live Aquaria (like Tansa and the clowns), and then QT'd fish from TSM Aquatics and Dr. Reef's Quarantined Fish. If using LIve Aquaria, I'd stick to Diver's Den fish if at all possible...
