    Great video, only one i have seen that breaks down the throw in the different motions. I struggled so much in the beginning i pulled with my arm, was whey too early. When i had a good stand still x step was way easier. Well done guys

    Amateur tip: If you loose the control of your hip then look up for gluteus medius.
    The gluteus medius muscle is one of the most important muscles in controlling the hip. It is located on the outer side of the hip and helps stabilize it during walking, running, and other movements. This muscle is particularly crucial for hip abduction, which involves moving the leg away from the body, and for hip rotation. Weakness or dysfunction in this muscle can impact balance and mobility.
