  • In 2011 I started struggling with ANXIETY. Every day I had multiple PANIC ATTACKS. After 4 years, I had finally FREED myself from debilitating anxiety. I went from coping to healing. Eventually, I wrote a book about my Anxiety Story called Pressing Forward: Pressing Through Fear and Anxiety to Find My Truest Self.
I realized I didn't have an anxiety problem. I had an IDENTITY problem.
If you're interested in reading my book and how I finally stopped living my life in fear, you can check that out here:

I still deal with facial blushing at age 67. It started when I was 17. I don't care as much about it like I used to. I think that is half the battle. I really just don't give a crap anymore. If someone mentions my face getting red I just say that's the way I'm wired and leave it at that.

Omg!! I also used to feel the same as you mentioned! The clothes on my skin! It felt almost heavy and it would literally be a cotton tee 😫

Same story with me very happy and extroverted for most of my life and I hit high school and have been dealing with social anxiety since then once I hit 23 I started having daily general anxiety by the time I hit 25 I stopped going out with friends and avoiding big social situations. Now I’m recently recovering from a depression induced anxiety episode . I’ve been doing a little better I’m very active and have a good diet and meditation and cold showers . I’m getting better but I’m still controlled by my anxiety . I’ve recently just started therapy and am optimistic to discover my mind and make it work with me not against me . Thank you for the video I wish you the best , anxiety is no joke .

Hi Robert! Thank you for your comment and sharing some of your story. That's awesome that you are seeking help and doing the things to make sure you are healthy - physically and mentally. When I've dealt with anxiety and depression sometimes the hardest thing is to just do SOMETHING. ANYTHING. The paralysis is so heavy. You are an inspiration! Keep going and let me know how the therapy works out for you.
