Any mental or tactile cues to help with the leak for someone whom already has a low toss and is keeping the racquet tip down at release? I’ve tried several larger motions in hopes that adding movement might delay my hitting arms timing but I can’t seem to break the fundamental issue. Even starting in a trophy position, it’s difficult to overcome. Thanks for any tips or perhaps this may inspire a follow up video.
i fixed this problem so : i bend and explode with knees very fast without any break : bend-explode. and i bend my knees during bending of right arm. this cause , that my knees are bend before the racket is in trophy position.Roddick did it in same way ( i use Roddick as help). you can also bend your knees during the toss, but it can cause knee pain
