    My mechanic was gonna replace the vacuum pump but i told him about your first vid, he checked and you were spot on! You just saved me about £200. Cheers bud. Just subbed.

    Your a gem! Exactly my issue. Now I know what’s wrong….. I would love if you could do a diagnose and clean/replace injector video! !!!!

    Thanks for the video. I have similar problem but the oil filter nylon cap popped oil everywhere so I change the whole oil cooler with filter on this 2.4 transit. Topped up oil ran good and around the block a few times turned it off come back the next day and started it. Seemed ok then I heard a hissing noise looked under engine and the metal oil filter seal had popped out oil everywhere again.
    Could this be the injectors seals ?

    Hey mate do these motors have head gasket problems much? Or any reason why oil would be in water?

    Got engine start issues with my defender 2.2 puma engine diesel. How do I contact you for help getting.my car started. It's been sitting for two years after complete replacement of all engine parts.

      I hope so! Had loads of questions about the last video and most of the time it was just the injector seals. I just kept forgetting to do a follow up 😂

    My 2.4 puma is the same, oil and smoke splattering out of the oil infill inlet and the turbo (disconnected the pipe). Could this also be the same problem caused by the injector seals?

      Yes more than likely. The smoke in the turbo pipes could be from the egr recirculating gasses. If you have no running issues i would do the seals first and go from there.

    If smoke coming from dipstick on 2.2 custom model is it the same or would that be piston seal ?

      More than likely the same. Its just another way of getting out. Take off the cap and see if you can hear it as you are right above the seal.

    My Transit was exactly the same as this. Unfortunately it leaked so much it knackered the alternator. So had new alternator fitted with new belt. New oil cooler fitted. But battery had gone flat due to alternator. Had new copper washers fitted new injector seals. New stretcher bolts. Injectors cleaned as were caked in oil etc.. injectors were cleaned out before washers fitted etc. Tried to jump start but was struggling to start kept trying and trying. Started but then stopped. Kept trying and then there was nothing. No clicking or anything when turning key. All lights are on no flashing lights. But when you try to start it. There's nothing at all. Any help would be much appreciated 🙏

      Check the connection on the main power cable that links the starter and alternator together. They corrode in between causing starting and charging issues. Also check your fuses. Could have blown if your trying to jump start it.
      Also have you checked your oil level hopefully its not leaked everything out and damaged something

      have you had 2.2 16 plate lose oil pressure with all the noise even after oil change so ive been told

      @@doncoady I changed the oil pumps due to lack of oil pressures yes. Not had one loose oil pressure straight a service tho
