That was so useful, showing how the return pipe connects. I've a leak in mine and the Haynes manual just skips over the details of how that pipe attaches. Easy when you know how!

I almost broke the plastic bit on mine when I tried the first time. Thanks for your comment.

@@MeFixingEverything OH! Ok I'll look out for that one. I'd much prefer if the people I paid to fix the engine had just done their damn job and I wasn't having to go around cleaning up their mess. But, learning opportunity!

Didn't watch this for the fuel test, but I took my injectors out a month ago and have not had chance to put it together until today, totally forgot where those little clips went. Thanks

I'm not sure how. I didn't expect it until it soaked everything in diesel. Well spotted

@@MeFixingEverything thank you for reply. I have a transit custom that im trying to fix for a friend, iv got low pressure from my tank pump, 5psi, and when i took return pipe off i had quite alot of flow of diesel. Spoke to ford tech they said tank pump should produce 5 bar. Big difference so ill see if new tank pump solves my fault and lets engine run, it cranks ok, i just get p0060a fault
