@@stefkastoyanova9912 I was for quite a while but started experiencing other pain this wasn't helping with. After an MRI, I found out O have some severe spinal stenosis so I had to adjust the poses I can do. I do incorporate a lot from this session though. Other than a spinal shot, yoga is the best thing I have found to help with my pain by strengthening my core.
Having watched and practiced a dozen or so videos showing these exact same stretches, this one changed everything for me because of how detailed Paige was in her instructions, particularly around the traction sensations in the figure 4 stretch. I’ve never been able to feel the right kind of relief until this video! Thank you!

Earlier today I started to do another video titled " for sciatica and lower back" and a few minutes into the video I realized that the moves were aggravating my condition -maybe OK to prevent sciatica, but I was looking for a video to provide relief from a flare up. Ahhhh, my pain has been part of my life for almost fifty years now. It has taken me deep into addiction of pain killers with no help. I have had years of PT with no help but, this has been like a miracle. If I can ever do something for you, you only need to ask.
I hate to hear people becoming addicted bc of their medicine. I currently have pain meds but i am aware of the addiction possibilities, but its ppl like you who share their stories that give me the necessary reminder. I only had 30 prescribed and only take them when absolutely necessary. Thx again

Paige is so soothing through these wonderful sciatica relief moves. It has really helped me on a daily basis having chronic sciatica. The only problem I have is a commercial interrupts one of these moves which I have to pull myself out of to dismiss it. VERY frustrating! I lose my concentration to get the full benefit from it.

damn.... i mean god damn... ive been for 5 days now stuck. couldnt move, couldnt walk allmost, been to a chyropraktor (no clue how its written) 3 times, emptied out my wallet there. no help what so ever. and for the heck of it i tried the yoga positions in this video.. and i could feeeeel the muscles loosen up, my back cracked ALLOT during the yoga and now i just came home from a 3 hour walk with my gf.. im not joking this here in this video just saved my week

I literally couldn’t move yesterday morning. The day before i discovered your video and felt a lot better so i thought id give the stretches a try. When i got finished and got up I was fully mobile. Watched and did these stretches twice yesterday and actually had some relief for a few hours. Did a Google search for Yoga and back pain and saw your video pop up on health online page. Now found your video's here and on your website and on FB. Am new to Yoga (do Vinyasa flow class at my gym - started for mental health about 12 months ago) and your tutorials and your energy and way of teaching is very enjoyable. Now am going to work on your head stand/handstand and crow (is that the same as pigeon pose - I am in the UK?) tutorials.
So very much want to do these poses/stretches, though a few years ago I developed an umbilical hernia, including diastasis recti. Still dealing with the diastasis, and must avoid anything that pushes the crowning. Do you have advice? Thank you

I am an old man that has had so much trauma to my body I have lost count of the times I have been hurt. That said my current issues stem from a motorcycle accident where a road ragging car hit me than my body was run over by another vehicle once on the ground. I have reinjured my lower back, left hip, left knee, and left ankle. I believe I have compressed the sciatic nerve and it is affecting my left lower side as in lower back pain, hip pain, and numbness from below knee to bottom of foot. The accident left me broke so I have to seek help here on RUclips. Help!!!!
This is a great shorter video for when I don’t have much time, but I know my dang piriformis needs daily stretching to keep the nastiness away. Maybe one day it will let go of all the tightness it’s been hoarding for years…
I've done hundreds of yoga classes on RUclips. This is the first with commercials during the actual class. Twice! Totally jarring and unacceptable. I hope it's an oversight.

My auntie is actually enduring alow back pain, commonly in the the morning. I proposed her to follow this lower back pain guidebook called Kenzano Ayb (Go ogle it) and in the next morning, she`s got noticed good improvements. The guideline has truly amazed her.

These arent working. If you have severe chronic sciatica, these only provide temporary relief.
