Thank you for the fight Coach-Trout, this is a good example of the young and "hungry" boxers plying their trade that is missing in our sport today. While these 2 particular fighters may not have risen to the level of contenders it was their will and determination to become a champion that allowed them to provide stiff competition for other boxers who possess the talent and will (To build their records, face different styles of boxers) and perhaps become a World Champion. The number of Legendary popular Champions that can be found on You Tube is voluminous and that is appreciated however the foundation of the great fighters of the late 1970's through the mid 1990's were built on those veterans and trial horses who fought consistently on the Early ESPN Top Rank Boxing 1980 through 1990, The USA Thursday Night fight Series, Main Events, Pass, Forum Boxing... These are the fights I am interested in seeing again. Thanks again Coach Trout.

This took place on November 16th, 1990 and was part of the undercard of Santos Cardona KO5 Miguel Santana. Merqui Sosa knocked out Reynaldo Hernandez in the 5th as well.
