Hey guys, I hope you all doing your fenugreek masks and fenugreek oil. Please let me know in the comments your thoughts on fenugreek seeds or powder and your experiences with it in regards to your natural hair. Please share some of your recipes with me in the comments below or your experiences with either the mask or oil or the water spray! ❤
While I can't speak for others, I have personally experienced successful hair regrowth. Therefore, some time ago, I would suffer from thin hair, hairfall, and brittle hair issues. At that time, I discovered this liitlextra reactivate hair serum for growth, containing all the essentials for hair growth. I used it daily, followed by a healthy diet and 30 minutes cardio exercise everyday, and I literally saw phenomenal results in 90 days. Along with all of these, I added badam, drinking mousambhi juice or pomegranate juice everyday.
I have been applying Reactivate hair serum for 15 weeks, and I'm really satisfied by the results. My hair feels stronger, looks better, and the amount of hair fallout has clearly reduced. The serum is straightforward to apply, not oily, and is without fragrance.
Fenugreek makes my hair softer never thicker. I leave it in the water for days until it becomes slimmy and I use it for detangling. It works wonders in my hair. Thank God almighty for this wonderful gift of nature
Well give it time and your hair will be thicker. The more you use it, your hair gets used to it. I am enjoying it on my hair and yes we all want softer hair right?!
Sameee I used it for 5-6 months I wanted to last 8 (as in an study I read about), my hair was shinier, super soft and I somewhat felt it held moisture better, but never thicker. That being said I felt that my hair was growing faster but I never really checked that….
I already use fenugreek oil, but I'll definitely be trying this fenugreek spray. I feel that using fenugreek in my hair has made it a little bit thicker.
I was wrong to worry because last night I mixed aloe water and fffenugreek powder in a plastic container spray bottle slept with plastic cap this afternoon my skull hair is a lot thicker and fuller I'm gonna try it again tonight thank for all the well wishes smooches and hugs Jackie 😅
WOW, proof is in the pudding. You totally got new growth within 7 Days is AWESOME. I'm going to start a 7 day for myself to see if my hair reacts the same. I've been crushing cloves, pour hot water over and let sit overnight to pull all of the clove oil out. This treatment smells amazing and stimulates the scalp.
Did you notice too? I am going to try it again and this time I will measure the length of my hair to see if it will give me visible results. This time I was concentrating on my scalp to see if my hair will grow and it did.
@@BarbaraBirungiSunflower Hi Barb, Well I have to say "You were spot on" it did spark new growth in flipping 7 days. Imagine 6 month-year. I'm sold. Have a nice weekend
Made a mask over the weekend as a hair cleanser and deep conditioner . It rinsed clear and it’s 2 days after and I feel some extra loosening in my cornrows . My scalp feels good. I will be doing this weekly or every 10 days
Im glad to read we all are having grat resuts with fenugreek lets contine being hopeful is a good thing my birthday is August 7 this is my happy birthday for me I had this poder for a month and a half now I think anybody else afraid should try it I did and when I finish what I have back to the health food store l for another 3 ounces good luck 🤞 ttyl Jackie 😅
Yes I've been using fenugreek for some time now and I've realized it's very good my hair has become thick and my length too has improved I used it just the way you did. Thanks
Hi Barbara, thank you for the fenugreek water measurements. i also will start to drink fenugreek tea each day adding ginger, tulsi, peppermint, rosemary, Rose hip, cloves, cinnamon sticks, orange peels. as a healthy hair growth tea inside out 😊 i also heard lavender flowers are awesome to ingest for skin n hair.
I prepared a rosemary, fenugreek, and fennel hair oil yesterday! Added tobthe rotation and it feels amazing on my scalp. I intend to leave my current diy rubber threading in my hair fpr a few months. Hair is nice and steetched and ends are UBER-protected! Will clean my scalp weekly with a nice tea tree serum (wipe scalp with cloth and it feels GREAT) and apply tea tree scalp spray afterward (dollar tree finds and they work AMAZING on a protective style.
Oh wow! That sounds like a powerful oil. And the rubber threading( I have never heard of it before). I am really proud of you. I like how you are taking care of your hair. I am sure it’s loving you back.
Let's not let these guys who have grat results out do us with pics but we will talk about this so let's get our hair back on point now yeah I'm all in my nephew's can't tease me now and I'm going all out more prayers please Jackie 🎉
Yes I did boil my water. But you don’t have to. You can soak it in water for longer time for it to soak in easy to blend. I kept mine on for 20- 25 minutes. You can keep it on just like you do for your deep conditioners. Then wash it out with lukewarm water and continue with your wash day
i saw another blogger that said too much it will give you protein overload, I threw mine in the trash,I'm confused ,I use it for two months and never had a problem
I kept mine for a few hours but you can keep it for one day and use it all through out the week for a week straight. If that makes sense. Keep it in the fridge to last for a week

Sorry to hear that. Try Indian stores or shops. They usually have it in their food sections
I order mine from Amazon
I got mines on Amazon
I buy my fenugreek seeds from a international supermarket they have all kind of seeds
Another name for fenugreek seeds is Methi so if you see these you can get them
Where did you purchase container?
Hiya, how many days should I wash the fugugreek water spray water out from my braids after using
After a week of using it - possibly on your washday
Does it have any foul smell? And can I use it as a leave in?
You can add some essential oils to help with the smell and yes your can leave it on too.
@@BarbaraBirungiSunflower
Alright, thank you.
@Barbara, if you use the powder, do you still need to soak it as you do with seeds? Will the powder have the same results?
I think for the powder you need to boil it on low heat for 10 minutes and let it to cool and then sieve it and it's ready to use.
Can i leave fenugreek water for 2 weeks plus oil fenugreek or
I heard it's good for clearing skin, too... Apply mask topical along with drinking the water...
I just started testing it out... Imma give it 3 months to see results...
I heard that too though I haven’t tried drinking it or even on my skin. It’s really good for hair I can testify on that.
On your skin? I should too for sure

Every time I moisturize my hair. Once a week. Twice a week if my hair is extremely dryyyyy

No. But if you don’t store it well it would smell.
