Most areas in lagos main land are dirty.even bridge should be kept clean. Human are passing and staying there.

Most of the Mainland Is mostly made up of the poor to middle class so most parts are not for the affluent as its not the city centre but for the government to constantly ensure development gets to such areas says a lot...abuja rail for instance doesn't pass through low cost areas which is too bad and ppl keep complaining ....some stupid govt would have just built it on the island and ignore the mainland
