I am a single mother my daughter is now 33 and married. I was one of those mothers who thought my daughter was perfect until one day she said to me " mom i am not perfect i am going to make mistakes" she was 15. That statement woke me up from my fantasy. She has turned up to be an amazing young woman whom i am so proud of. Communication is the key!

If someone came to me and said to me that my sons had behaved wrongly, I would listen to them and discipline my boys myself.
