Just got a Cactus Gray 22 Bronco. I live in Houston so the only off-roading I’ll do is a highway watermelon stand or gas station taco truck. With that being the case I’m so glad you covered all the bells and whistles, not just its off-road capabilities. Your reviews pointed out things I didn’t even know where there. And you also took the time to thoroughly explain how to use them. Thank you so much.
I have a 2023 bigbend atlas blue bronco sport and it's absolutely perfect. I am 53 years old and have had a lot of cars and trucks in my life, but this bronco I my favorite car I have ever had. Thank you ford for making such a great vehicle!
I just got my Bronco Sport on August 4th and I love it, the more I drive it . All the bells and whistles are amazing. I strongly recommend if you're looking for another vehicle please check out the Broncos sport it's amazing amazing vehicle thank you
@@CarsWithSteve well I have a 2010 Jeep liberty, I have a 2013 Corvette. And now I have a 2022 Ford Broncos sport and believe it or not my Bronco is my favorite so far
@@dougutter7988 nice collection! I'd say the Bronco has a bit more real use than the Corvette but kind of neat that you're liking the Bronco more. Hope the ride treats you well!
Your videos are flipping fantastic! Thank you so much for taking care to cover topics related to the 2022 Bronco Sport Big Bend specifically. I've found them to be extremely helpful.
Hello Steve, Steve here from Albuquerque- I just purchased my first Bronco, the Big Bend edition and after being somewhat overwhelmed with the 250 + page manual I now feel more confident and at ease with my Bronco as I am preparing to head out on a long road trip! Thanks so much Steve,, excellent informative video!!!
Hey Steve! That's great the video helped you learned more about your ride. Check out the videos I have on the channel for the Sync3 screen and steering wheel/cluster too! How are you liking yours so far?
@@CarsWithSteve Hey Steve, Thanks again and yes I plan to watch your video for the Sync3 screen and wheel cluster!!! I am LOVING my new Bronco and it has handled so well and made my 2 day drive to the California coast much more enjoyable with the adaptive cruise control and the lane centering features! Happy Holidays Steve!
Just got mine a couple weeks ago. I really wanted a Maverick but that was not happening with markups. I got a decent deal given the market for my Big Bend and had leather put in it. Overall very surprised by it so far. I love the way it drives.
It's wild how hard Mavericks have been to come across! Good call on the aftermarket leather - which seats did you go with? Appreciate the honest feedback!
Thanks for this video learned a few things about my 2022 BigBend Bronco in Pepper red that I did not know. Bought it 5 weeks ago, I am really enjoying it. I’ve leased Jeeps for the last 20 years, decided it was time to buy. Very happy with this Bronco.

I had a 2007 Liberty before getting my baby Bronco! Loved my Jeep, but it was time to upgrade. Soooooo happy with my Bronco Big Bend!! Literally, keep finding cool new things about it! 😅
@@CarsWithSteve EVERYTHING! Compared to my last vehicle that still had a cd player, no usb or aux port, using a key to start…I feel like driving in the Bronco is like driving a spaceship! Push to start, starting/locking my Bronco from my app, those seat warmers! It’s been raining a lot, so I’m always using my GOAT mode. It’s a smooth drive and picks up speed so fast! I love the simplicity and streamlined look, inside and and out. I keep finding all the Easter egg Bronco’s all over the car. I just honestly can’t wait to drive it any chance I get!
I have a question on your dimensions with the second row folded down at the 9:23 mark. Is that will the front seat in your standard seating position. I'm not burdened with being as tall as you are so my back seats are always bigger than other folks. Great video, thanks!
Great question! That's with the seat still setup for me at 6 feet - so you'd technically be able to get a bit more space with the seat pulled forward more
@@CarsWithSteve Thanks so much, you're so responsive to questions and your videos give the pertinent info. I'm trying to decide between a Ford Transit Connect Passenger wagon, they kill it on space, or a Ford Bronco Big Bend. I need to figure out which would be better on longer drives. Thanks again.
Anytime! The Transit Connect is most likely in its last year in North America so it'll probably be challenging to get your hands on a new one. The Bronco Sport would be more comfortable in the 1st row for sure
I just bought a 2022 Big Bend in cyber orange... In Pickering... with the EXACT same features. Pretty sure it's the exact same one you showcased LOL, small world!
Wow small world for sure! Haha always fun when someone who owns the car I reviewed sees the video. I'm always easy on then when I'm reviewing! How are you liking it so far?
@@CarsWithSteve I was like "Wait.. Isn't that the street next to the dealership with the dental clinic?!" Anyways, Loving it so far. No complaints or any issues, My parents and brothers really like it as well.
Yes, it was a factory add on option. It unfortunately can't just be added aftermarket either, you need to replace the entire screen with one that has factory navigation. For the cost, it would just make sense to upgrade your phone's data plan and use Apple CarPlay or Android Auto
Looking for input here. I just got my new 2022 Bronco Sport. When I am driving down the average city road, occasionally I feel a little 'shudder/vibration' in the steering wheel. The dealer says they aren't out long enough for them to be able to comment on this. I am wondering if others have this also, or does my Bronco have something 'not right'. Please give me your input
The usual culprit is the lane keeping system. There's a little button on the tip of the left turning stick that turns the system on and off. When it's on it works one of three ways: 1. Steering wheel shake 2. Lane nudge 3. Both That setting is set through the Sync3 media screen. Check out these videos: Steering wheel - ruclips.net/video/P9iYNA4IRRc/видео.html Sync3 - ruclips.net/video/eaMRMkE99z8/видео.html
@@CarsWithSteve Thank you for the reply. You were correct! I turned off the lane keeper, and the steering wheel shake stopped. Turned it back on, and the shake was back. It was happening even at speeds below 40 mph on average city roads.
@@janisbraun9883 Haha glad that was the case. That feature throws a lot of people off if they've never had a car with it before. Hope the ride treats you well!
Eh yes there is an engine cover, they left it off on 2022! (Engine was designed with it , why leave it off exposing all the wiring the corrosion from road salt!). The Bronco sport badlands has a gray or black roof , looks much better in the cyber orange ! Full size spare comes with tow package and trunk deck is always high.
Every car is going to have recalls and the Bronco Sport was in its first year for 2021. There are 7 NHTSA recalls affecting some builds depending on the day the car was assembled but nothing that isn’t covered by the warranty. Curious.. why did you ditch your Bronco Sport after 6 months? Was it the Badlands or one of the lower trims?
@@CarsWithSteve I think the badlands is the only real appropriate model, given its actual capability as a CSUV that can do some impressive off-roading for what it is. I've driven the OB, and while nice it just doesn't move the needle. If they threw in a few features from the escape (power lift gate, sliding seats, vista roof, some better tech, and a 4 cylinder as the standard) it'd be a better buy.
@@CarsWithSteve Because my local dealership couldn't even replace the battery without screwing that up. Their mechanic left the terminal cover in the middle of my motor as well as not even reattaching the colder intake snorkel..And then while trying to find a water leak they scratched everybody panel on my vehicle by wiping it down with a shammy while it was dirty.
