I can’t walk more than 100 ft. The pain so gets bad I just want to lay down on the ground. I try to push through the pain but then my right leg basically disappears on me and when I take my next step my legs gone and I just fall to the ground. And both my legs are extremely weak.
@@bonitabradley8213 I am and I hate it too. But when the pains that bad from walking such a short way it’s on both sides not just the left like usual. And it’s strange, my pains usually on my left side but it’s the right leg that gives out.
I’m carrying around an extra 40 lbs which is not helping my back or legs but other than a healthy diet I don’t know how I can lose the weight since I can’t walk or exercise. I’ve tied some supplements but they don’t work. I also have insomnia. I’m so frustrated. Beth 🫶
Bonita, hoping your pain decreases with your exercises and movements. Do you find movements in the swimming pool relieves your pain and strengthens you? I find yoga is beneficial. Do you feel certain foods cause you more pain? 🌷Sam
It may be easier to move in the pool but I pay for it later. I tried some water aerobics alone at my own pace that were done when I attended a group. I couldn't do them in the group and then tried alone. I couldn't walk for almost a week and had to get my cane back out. Twisting and jumping even in water is not my friend.
Yes, walking can definitely help with pain
I keep trying even if it is just .5 of a mile on bad days.
@@bonitabradley8213 good for you that's awesome

Bonita, I do agree with you, on losing weight. Extra weight on us, even a few pounds are excessive and provokes pain and health problems.

I had hoped to see a bigger difference in my back pain since losing weight but I will happily take getting around easier as a benefit.
