It is odd that the other gentleman WAS able to fix the bobbin case timing issue by only loosening the two hex screws under the machine which are easily accessible by removing the plastic disc without disassembling the entire unit. After loosening slightly, he was able to make the adjustment and then tighten the two hex screws again. Do you believe he is misleading everyone about how simple it can be to fix?? My issue is getting a micro hex allen wrench to use. All of mine are too big. I will try his method first.
I tried that method, the little drive shaft wouldn't budge. I then completely removed those 2 hex bolts, opened up the machine, and saw that the little drive shaft was still attached to the bobbin spinner thing, as if they were a single part or glued together (I don't believe this machine included welded or cast parts). I didn't try applying force to it, but if you decide to, it's very difficult to do that from the bottom hole. You will most likely bend the tiny allen key. IMO it's about the same effort as opening up the machine
you left out a few of the screws you need to remove to take off the front pannel & I ran into an issue after removing the bobbin spinner. after removing the screw something fell off internally on the machine (like a nut or something) and now i cant get it to go back on :(( I cant fix it either because i cant even get the panel off
the only video that actually helped!!!!!
Thank you. It worked for me 😮
