The irony of them complaining about Arsenal pissing around in getting the deal for Rice done and missing out…. When they have clearly pissed around in posting this video and he’s pretty much an Arsenal player and this video is irrelevant now 😅
So glad we are signing Declan Rice. Hopefully putting an end to the "Very Arsenal type thing to do" that people constantly brandish about. Also weird to mock a club paying in instalments, hardly any big transfer is paid in one go, that would be ridiculous. Happy this one is over the line seemingly and will be the first big signing we've managed to prize away from city. Should mean another good year for us.

City showed nothing to say they were ever leading the race anyways. People assume city have the money and are then favourites. Its been clear always, even with bids, arsenal were leading in terms of willing to pay the fee and had full confidence from the player as well.

Declan Rice is not just a brilliant footballer he is also an inspiration to all young kids out there that get dropped by their football club & told that they are not good enough. What do you do in that situation? Do you give up or do you roll up your sleeves & prove them wrong which is exactly what Declan Rice did to Chelsea. I was in that same situation as a teenager..... when I was at school all my teachers told me that I would never be good at poetry because I was dyslexic but so far I've made 3 jugs & a vase.

Come on La Liga, the champions league representatives are always known the 3 clubs and any other. But EPL these days it's hard to tell who qualifies. Good example is last season.

The hardest league in the world is the Championship, relegated EPL has made it uber competitive. I honestly believe, if the EPL teams 1 - 20 played La Liga teams 1 - 20, the EPL would come out with the most wins. The top 7 of Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal, Man City, Chelsea, Newcastle, Tottenham is an abundance of resources that cannot be matched by any other league.

If Madrid/ Bayern loses to Getafe/ Bremen, you will say "What happen with Madrid/ Bayern?", "They are not the same team that used to dominate" etc. Meanwhile City lose to Everton and it is "EPL is so amazing City can lose against a bottom team". If City cruises to a title it is "What an amazing team", when Bayern do it "What a joke of a competition".
