Brilliant as always! Allow the dough to hidrate and ferment in the fridge overnight. Take it out of the fridge for 30 minutes, then do the final fold. You’ll be amazed how much flavor the bread will have and better crumb as well.
So this is officially my go-to quick bread recipe! Iv made it like 5 times now after trying other recipes I still go back to this one. Thank you it’s so good!
