i personally would replace the cheese in the ramen recipe with a beaten egg at the end when mixing; it really helps emulsify the ingredients and adds the creaminess you desire.
How do you do it? I never get it right and end up scrambled eggs in my noodles instead of creamy noodles (I also try to stir quickly and keep the temperature on low)
@@vitushka01 look up egg tempering on youtube and try even lower temperature and add the liquid slower
@@vitushka01 usually adding the egg at the end with the fire off and adding the water too. Traditional carbonara is made this way (no cream just egg) so if you look up for the recipe you'll find many examples too :)

@@vitushka01 make sure your broth isn't boiling while mixing the eggs in. Personally I just turn off the heat and mix the eggs in.

This looks amazing! I can't wait to try the stir-fry. I wanted to let you know that I had a visit with a nutritionist after my surgery and she was very impressed with the caliber of the meals I eat because I follow your recipes! Always has veggies, flavor, and not swimming in artificial ingredients and dyes!

I'm absolutely addicted to your channel, and find myself binge watching it quite often. There hasn't been one recipe that i've disliked at all, and i've made many of them. The way that you cook is so soothing, and you make everything look absolutely effortless. I really don't like being the" Hot Mess Express" in the kitchen, and your order and calm helps me a lot! Your mum is quite lovely, as are you. Please continue to share these most amazing dishes and techniques FOREVER! I love every minute of it! On a side note, i've also been admiring your kitchen accessories since the very beginning, and am most fond of the small bowl that you put the oyster sauce in for the eggs and greens. Thank you for these easy recipes. Will definitely try out them. I would add some other spices to taste. As to the soup, I would use lemon juice instead of vinegar or sour dried plum. I would add sour cream and thyme. But then, I guess it would be a different soup.
