Boone has been saddled with no problem but never ridden. He loads easily into a trailer and has been hobbled with no issue. I have taken him on a half a dozen rides ponied behind other mules and horses and he crosses water and has been exposed to a variety of different environments. In addition he goes on weekly walks in the neighborhood and is not bothered by bikers, barking dogs, or other distractions. I have handled his feet and trimmed him. He has excellent feet and is very athletic.

Are mules measured different than horses? For horses it's 15 to 15:3 hands. 4 inches to a hand. Ground to withers.
