Thanks for the memories. I shook this great horseman’s hand at a clinic and hoped to ride with him the next time, but then he was gone. One of the best.
I saw a Ray Hunt demo. on colt starting at the California State Fair in Sacramento CA. about 30 years ago. I was completely amazed with his methods. He got on a previously untouched 3 yr. old in about an hour start to finish.
Wow, difficult to watch that first part and know those two men were probably pretty proud of themselves. Imagine the amount of pressure to get that horse on a trailer the next time. Those two men were only working for today with no thought to all of the tomorrows.
It’s hard to watch the first part. Difficult to believe those yahoos thought it was a good idea to whip and push the frightened horse to jump into the trailer.

What a distressing video. Thank goodness for true horse men like Ray Hunt
Thank you for sharing this. Ray keeps helping a lot of people and horses from above. I’m sure glad they don’t make trailers like that anymore too!

What a relief how Ray works

Thanks for sharing that. I’ve never seen that video of Ray before. ❤
I met him once at a horse clinic. He was calm.
Smart man.
