- 25 Most Beautiful Horses on Planet Earth
although each horse is beautiful in its own way , there are some that really make you stop in your own tracks to admire just how gorgeous they are, from horses with unbelievable manes ,to those with feathers on their legs , here are 25 of the most beautiful horses in the world .
these friesian horses are native to the netherlands ,you can easily spot one of these horses in a sea of others by looking at their rich black coat ,and a thick mane to match , but they're not all aesthetics ,they're incredibly strong too , in medieval times ,frisian horses were the ones that carried the kings, and all of their belongings , they were the carriage horses, and even have a major role in the fact that the agriculture in that region flourished the way it did , what's crazy about this breed of horses , is that even though there's plenty of them today ,in the 20th century they almost went extinct, they were literally only three of them left , but by the time the second world war ended ,the breed had recovered and today , thousands of them exist all around the world ,in all their glory .
the marwari horse dates pakistan to ancient india ,specifically Punjab, which is located half in pakistan and half in india now , they've got long thin lakes that just so happen to be very strong too, but the feature that really sets them apart are their curved ears , these horses have incredible hearing ,and can be directed to follow a sound far away ,these were the horses that the royal families in india used to use, and because of the bomb they formed with their humans, they were treated like part of the family too, they even had their own sets of jewelry that they wore every time they were out, acting like the cherry on top when it came to their overall beauty .
although the lipizzan on horse is known as the national horse of slovenia ,they weren't actually bred there, instead these horses come from austria , specifically from one stud farm in the 16th century that created them , today they're the most well known for being the beautiful light-colored horses used by the spanish writing school of Vienna, where they learn how to perform advanced, classical dressage they go through intensive training to get there, and the results of the training are immaculate , because these horses are very strong smart and athletic, they also participate in almost every horse event there is , but there's one thing about the lipids and horse that most people don't really know, is that even though the fully grown ones we see are light in color, they're born fully black, they slowly age to their light gray to white coloring by the time they become adults .
the arabian horse breed is one of the oldest breeds to exist today, the first one being seen around 3000 bc , these beautiful horses have a distinct head shape ,which is unlike any other , they also have a high tail carriage , making them look very poised and confident too , not only are these horses beautiful on the outside, but on the inside too, they're one of the most gentle horse breeds, that connects with humans and understands commands very well, known to have a major willingness to please, makes them a horse that would do anything for its owner .

The Gipsy is my dream horse! Never tire of looking at them.
My word, I have never seen these glorious breeds of horses. What a joyful surprise. Thank you
As a child, i took care of Morgans at a farm just down the road from me. It was my best childhood memory. 35 years later, I bought that farm and will absolutely be bringing horses here in the future. They do imprint and can be incredibly affectionate.
I hope you've the means and room to help horses that may have fallen on difficult times. Giving a horse their last good days is a blessed thing to do.
Happy trails on your new property.
🌿🖖
The Fresian is more beautiful but I'll still take the Morgan.
That is so cool, I'm jealous!
@@reality_is_the_key I envy you because I have ridden many breeds but never a Morgan
I met a Gypsy Van a few years ago. He was in his stall, sticking his head out with curiousity. I came up to him and he hooked his head over my shoulder and pulled me in to him and kept nuzzling me. He didn't want me to leave, either! He was such a sweetheart and I wish I'd been able to stay with him forever.
I cannot pick one. They are all beautiful in their own ways. The ponies are cute, but the horses are magnificent.
I would normally say your answer was a copout, but after watching the whole video, I have to whole heartedly agree. They are all uniquely beautiful in their own ways, so I vote for all of them.
Me too! How magnificent they all are, thank you God for all your beautiful animals! 🕊🙏❤️🙏🕊
I agree. All are beautiful. I also enjoyed some history. Thanks. ❤ I’m 79 yo F now but my dream was to have a horse farm. Guess I’ll watch some RUclips. ❤
Millions of ponies slaughtered for pet food
Wild horses major human food
100% believe horses know they are beautiful
except the Catria.
I was so privileged to have spent 24 years of my life with my devoted black Morgan, Barabbas. All the horses featured in this video are out-of-this-world gorgeous, with splendid attributes. Morgan horses have a 'will to do' whatever is asked of them, from Eventing to bushwhacking. Smart, brave, athletic, powerful & protective, the Morgan horse is my favorite!🤎
Love them allllll !!!
A country neighbor of mine was famous for his 40-year-0ld Morgan. Eventually, he had a rig in the barn to help the old horse get on his feet, but he was still bright-eyed and hungry. The old man said, several times he'd trained up a young horse (cowboy-wise) and figured to retire the morgan, but got frustrated and saddled up the morgan again to get the job done. That was a respected horse.

My ancestor developed this beautiful horse
@@darenmorgan4377 I also really admire your ancestors. I have never seen such a beautiful horse. I don't know what breed of horse it is, can you tell me?
I truly believe that horses are the most beautiful creatures on the earth.
I agree with you
Amen as all are creatures in their own sweet way.
Birds & reef fishies would like a word

@@jmausa6688 People know horses exist but no one ever made a horse 'aquarium' in their house just to admire them
Absolutely the Gypsy Cob is the most beautiful and intuitive horse that will love you and probably die protecting you.awesome with children too.
My heart is with Yakut horses. Being able to thrive in harsh winters of -50C is amazing.
Mustangs... they're not about humans, they're engaged in the primal experience in nature. Gorgeous horses interacting so well with humans, will to exert themselves, and then there's the Mustang uninvolved with any of those characteristics. The Mustang is a symbol which when encountered invites, calls, demands we humans to reflect on our lives.

Thanks fir this montages of horses
Sorry GREAT VIDEO
I can't pick just one breed, they all are gorgeous, magnificent animals!
And the softest thing that anyone will ever feel in their lives is that pouch right below a horse's mouth.
I absolutely love the Andalusians!! I have owned and bred these horses for almost 30 yrs! I have been blessed!
For me, it's the Gypsy Vanner, but I'm a sucker for all horses. They're all beautiful in their own ways. ❤❤❤
Absolutely gorgeous
Incredible difference colors
and difference type Horses
wonderful Amazing .
They are all so beautiful, I can’t pick just one!! How about 25 of them!!??
My first horse was a Palomino/ Morgan. He was so sweet and beautiful. He was just a very kind trusting horse. I still miss him . His name was Champ.
The shiny horse with the light refracting hair shaft 😃
I have never seen Horses like this in person, but I am so thankful for videos like this that show Gods beautiful creatures, all animals are magnificent in their own way and have a story to tell. My favorite of these Horses - all of them 😊
My favorite is the Arabian horse. I have never owned any horse, but I always dreamed of having one. Now, I am too old to dream of having one. Lucky are those people who can own horses and ride them.😢
mine too
The head of the Arabian horse reminds of a seahorse, truly incredible.
@@oldermusiclover this is like a circus where they take the bears strap his mouth and make them do tricks horses are not supposed to be doing tricks they’re supposed to be eating grass and making babies
Can you imagine sharing life with one of these?! BEAUTIFUL
The Akhalteke and the Friesian are two of the most beautiful breeds of horses I have ever seen
A Friesian in person just knocks your socks off.
I hope to see a real Akhal Teke someday.
@@LolaLaRue-sq6jmFresian's are gorgeous!
I know nothing about horses, but I really liked the Friesian.
Just stunning ❤❤❤
You guessed right.
I can’t make up my mind as to which is the most beautiful. I too have loved horses all my life. Thank you for sharing this story.
Wow. I hadn't even heard of most of these.
They are all absolutely magnificent.
I've loved horses since I was a little girl...My dream of owning one came true. Over the years I have had 7 horses. They are beautiful animals and when you can bond with them they will love you and do whatever you want them to do. You must
always be loving and kind and learn their language. They will give you their heart if you give them yours.
I completely agree.
All breeds are beautiful!! Horses are beautiful period!!
I had a Morgan. He was amazing at everything he did. He would lower himself if a child wanted to get on him... and we never taught him how to do that! I swear! It was astonishing!
I had a Morgan as well and he was so docile you could put a 4 year old on him instructing the child to say "walk" or "hault" and he would carefully and protectively of the child do exactly what they asked. Also, had a quarter horse and standard bred ... miss them dearly as mother insisted I give them up when I went to college. Tried to find a way not to but instead board them a a stable near the college, but being a kid didn't have enough money to and was so sad to do what mother insisted. Raised the quarter horse from baby.
I had a foundation. Awesome horse..Morgans are smart.
It’s really hard to pick because they are all beautiful in their own way.
So many to love. Friesians and Shires for me.
Me too ❤❤
For all-around horse, I'll still take the Morgan. For knock-out beauty and a solid #2, the Fresian.
Would love to try a Shire some day.
Ah me too. They're so beautiful and cool, gentle and fun to ride. Shires with full mane and tail.
The best most beautiful horse in the world is YOUR horse! I have always had Arabians going back 65 years. All my horses are my babies and live long and wonderful lives. I also love Friesians. The farm next to ours had a East of the Mississippi Friesian event, and I always volunteered. If I had room for more horses, I would have a Friesian. But heart truly belongs to Arabians. They are beyond fantastic! 🤠🐴🐎 ❤
Friesians are my favorite along with the shire.
I love all horses. They are magnificent creatures. Like you, my heart will always belong to the Arabians. I miss my boy, Hybask. He was truly special. ❤
Without a doubt, the vanners are my favorite! But I love, love , love horses and think they are all magnificent!!
If I had a horse it wouldn't matter what it looked like. But if I could choose, the Gypsy
There isn't one more beautiful from the next. WOW
The shiny one I never seen or heard of. It's breathtaking! I'd have to say it's a winner, but they are all gorgeous. Thank you for your show...
Welcome
Yes the Akhal Teke, with the shimmer coat, like the shimmer coat of a Bengal cat, the slenderness of the siamese cat, and the same temperament, loving and needing ITS person, LOL.
I have a golden palomino, his coat and contrasting white mane and tail glisten in the sunshine. I know are not officially a breed ,but worth a mention. The ancient royalty loved this horse and is the most admired colour in the world . Everyone loves the golden horse. ❤❤❤
Golden color is still the best
Always been the palomino for me; call it the friendly horse 😉 cause it’s the ‘pal of mine o’ 😂😂, that and I grew up loving Roy Rodgers ‘Trigger’
I rode and trained Tenn walkers for yrs. But I do love the vanners Beautymotion..
First horse I ever rode, never met a bad one.
All incredibly beautiful, but the iridescent coat of the Akhalteke is breathtaking! ❤
Oh my stars. I grew up with horses but I've never heard of many on these gorgeous animals!
The Mustang! I live in their area of the country. It is a sight to see them all running as one big herd across the terrain of the Southwest. Every time I travel anywhere in the area, you are sure to see the freedom-loving beautiful Mustangs galloping along side your car window within watching distance. Sometimes they want to out run you! 😄 Just ❤them! And…they’re all gorgeous too!
I have saved this video. I absolutely ADORE horses and if I see a sad or ill treated horses my heart BREAKS😢
Each and every one of them is beautiful! Thank you for a breathtaking episode!
Gypsy Vanners are my personal favorite, for their beautiful coats and gentle personalities. But I must say, your descriptions of many of the other breeds leaves me impressed with many of them !!
The Quarter horse is the most beautiful!
Helluva great horse.
@@ceceliapeterson4648 not just beautiful but talented. I have ridden them trained for rodeo and they are really intelligent
I have had Morgans since the 80s. They are awesome! Love my Morgans. ❤
@@lyndakaye5198 one of my earliest memories is of a movie about the original Morgan horse. It was titled Justin Morgan had a horse
Akhelteke is like a dream horse! Thank you for this video!!!
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! HORSES ARE ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CREATURES THAT GOD HAS EVER CREATED!!
And they have contributed so much to humanity.
My favourites are the Marwari and my favouite of all the beautiful fresian but they all melt my heart. Thank you so much. Lynne 74 London England
I WANT THEM ALL... !!! THEY ARE GORGEOUS...!!! NOT POSSIBLE..? Then, give me that beautiful black MORGAN !!
Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder 😊
The Morgan horse was the horse Almanzo Wilder owned. He married Laura Ingals Wilder, in her Little House on the Prairie Books. This horse supposedly brought back bales of wheat (in the Long Winter Book), when the families of De Smet were starving because the trains couldn't get in with food , in the hard winter in the 1800's.
Get a Morgan, get no regrets.
Love love love those books. We had the whole set as kids and I read them again and again. Thanks for the memory!
They are all gorgeous. I love the coat of the last one that glistens like gold. Wow so beautiful.
I can't pick just one they are ALL BEAUTIFUL, The most BEAUTIFUL CREATURES ON THE PLANET. ❤ THE VIDEO! I couldn't stop saying WOW through the whole video!!
I can’t choose one, they are all magnificent! Thanks for the video, I didn’t knew there were so many different races!!!❤❤❤
What about my favorite horse breed, the Percheron?? I learned to ride on a big old fella who was half Percheron. I've loved them ever since, and I'm 77 years old.
The Friesian! Just to think those angels were almost extinct!!
They are all related know, with all the problems coming with it. Incest can only go well for so long.
Extinct ... what are you talkng about? 😅
@@birgitteweber9251 Did you hear the text?
@@birgitteweber9251 They were almost extinct at one point, because of the introducion of the tractor, mostly, and losing popularity as a draught horse. There were only 500 mares and a few stallions registered in the studbook in 1965, reason why the genepool is extremely small. In 1967 they started to promote the Frisian as a horse for recreation and dressage and that helped to gain popularity.
My favorite breed is any horse that is running free in a wide open space. My 29 year old Noble Renegade pure bred Arab spent 85% of his life in a 14x14 ft stall. He was a 50-mile and 100-mile endurance champion horse. He was given to me as a PTSD therapy horse 5-years ago. Now he has 2 acres to run free in. When we first unhooked his halter and let him go, he didn’t know what to do or how to explore his new pasture. My dwarf Norwegian goat adopted Remme and showed him how to be free. In 2024, they are my seasoned equine therapists. Thanks for these videos. Freedom is best with a frisky horse and loving guardian.
I think all horses, in general, have my utmost respect and admiration! They are versatile, strong, gentle, and loving. They are workers, used for transportation, they race, they are used in therapy, and just an everyday joy!
They are all gorgeous
This is correct
Totally agree just a handsome species from baby to full grown , adorable n intelligent
There's no way I could pick one as a favorite. They are also magnificently beautiful.❤❤❤
I truly believe that horses are the most beautiful creatures on the earth
Very hard to decide, but the Akhalteke sure had an unbelievably beautiful coat!
All of them ❤
Thank you, I enjoyed this very much ❣️
I love the Gypsy ! Absolutely beautiful!
I had a Morgan, they are so versatile and lovely.
If I could only chose 1 horse, it would be a Morgan.
@@LolaLaRue-sq6jm My brother is named Morgan .
Enjoyed learning about several breeds I had never heard of before. Yes, all incredibly beautiful!
Morgans have always been my favourite....but I'm adding others after seeing some of these beauties. Gypsy...out of this world.
Terrific video. Thank you.
People who know horses pick the Morgan.
Personally I prefer the Percheron. They are massive and beautiful. Really surprised they were not in the video.
I used to see teams of Belgians in Wisconsin working in experimental history farms.
I was surprised, too, and also no Clydesdales. How can you have the Shire with no Clydesdale and miss the chance for that history lesson?
Okay, I'll tell the history. The Shire is the largest horse breed (the Percheron is the heaviest) at 16 to 21 hands, the Clydesdale is the second largest horse breed at 16 to 20 hands tall.
The Shire originated in England, while the Clydesdale originated in Scotland, totally separate from each other, meaning they are totally different breeds even though they are mistaken for each other all the time.
They were both used as war horses, that carried knights into battle, and the Shire can be traced all way back to 1066 AD, the time of the Norman invasion when William the Conqueror won the British crown!! Exciting stuff!
Absolutely agree! They are stunning!
Thank you for your delineation of these gorgeous breeds, each of which is so special and stunning. I used to come in contact with the Percherons and the Clydesdales in Mules Days ( sorry Bout that!) in Bishop, California, and they were amazing to behold!
My neighbor, just down the road me, has Shires; visit them often! I'm only 5'1" so standing beside one of these magnificent creatures is quite the experience.😲🤩
There is no way I could choose just one. All are beautiful and amazing creatures 💯💜💜
Ilyen szépeket, még sohasem láttam.✌️🥰
OMG.. These are the most BEAUTIFUL horses I have ever seen..
My personal favourites...Friesian, Shire, Gypsy, Andulisan and Mustang!!!
They ate all amazingly beautiful. Thank you for sharing!❤
They're all beautiful #1- Gyosy
It’s Gypsy, actually Gypsy Vanners.
If they are gentle they are my favorite no matter the breed. Thanks for the show.
You forgot about the Clydesdale. Cheryl Wagner
I was waiting for the Clydesdales to be #1
Me too! 🕊🙏❤️🙏🕊
Great horse. Most beautiful? To each his own.
😅@@LolaLaRue-sq6jm
😂🎉🎉😂😅😂😂😂😂😂
The Morgan. I gasped at the sight of it.
I have had a Fjord (or a Fjording as we say) and they are considered as ponies and are mainly used for riding, not farming. Also they are well known for their intelligence and stubborness.
No mention of those beautiful Clydesdale horses originating from Scotland and used by Budweiser in their adverts. They are stunning. Amazed they were not mentioned.😮😮😮
I was so surprised that the Clydesdales were not in this video! When I was 4, Budweiser brought a team of them to my town. Yes, there was a coach with a man and a dalmation. From that time on, I have always loved this breed.❤
@@SherryHill-k5y yes! I'd forgotten about the Dalmatian! ❤️
Thats what I was waiting for!
I never knew there were so many breeds of horses. Beautiful documentary. Thank you for sharing.
There's hundreds more than what is shown in the video.
The Mustangs, and the Gypsy Vanners. ALL OF THEM. I LOVE HORSES
When I was young I was taken to a Lipizzaner show where they did choreographed routines. I was blown away! Then, the people who took me got invited after the show to go see them backstage. They were in temporary stalls and we could rub their noses and pet them. I’ve never forgotten how beautiful they were.
I love quite a few but I do love the Gypsy stunning ❤❤❤
Nice work !! thanks to choose Akhal Tekke as number one... though different horses races are beautiful, Akhal Tekke are above all. My dream !
They're all magnificent. Truly one of nature's most wonderful creatures and creations
To me all these souls are of rare beauty. I'm not good at their breeds, but in Romania, Câmpulung, we have the most beautiful horses in the country. ❤❤❤❤
They are ALL gorgeous in their own unique way.
This presents the truth of the phrase “beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.” The comments of “you forgot” this or that breed just proves that people love the breeds they love, which makes me personally grateful that there are so many to choose from. As one other person commented, horses are just really amazingly special animals. ❤❤
I think Gypsy’s are absolutely gorgeous, but.. the wild mustangs steal my heart every time ❤❤❤❤
Why are horses so beautiful ❤
I like the Akhalteke the best. So beautiful!
The video is so beautiful. The horses are so strong
C’est Magnifique ! Horses are my icon and muse for Beauty Agility Grace Nobility Humor Kindness.
Oh you are SO AGREED WITH❤
I always wanted a Gypsy horse. They are so beautiful!
Was waiting for very first horse in video. What a mane❤
ALL ARE BEAUTIFUL AND WONDERFUL.
So much beauty over the breeds shown. I react emotionally to the views of arched necks of each horse's proud stance, the prancing of its personality for all to witness...God bless this Spirit of beauty and freedom .
I think maybe it’s my Cherokee & Comanche blood that has made me be in love with all horses, since I was a little girl. I have a special fondness for the ones with “feathers”, but they are all so beautiful to me. Wish so much that I had been able to learn to ride when I was younger. Now my severe scoliosis makes it hard to function as a senior, but I get joy from just watching their beauty & movement. Thanks for posting this video. 👏💝
All these horses are out standing love them all❤😊
