I left Facebook and have not looked back. There’s been such freedom, as well as room to move into helping others in real life!!!

Loved this interview! I agree with Gin about eating early. I tried it and that did not work for me. Still losing weight opening my window at noon. My body did not like eating early and closing the window early….and I stopped losing weight when I did it.

eTRF seems to be optimal if you can make it work, but you have to make it work for your routine. the best plan is always the one you enjoy and can sustain.

Amazing insights. After years of trying out different diets cause I have struggled with weight all my life, I had just concluded that I need to do something that works for me by listening to my body. That’s exactly what you endorse. This last week I did two 36 hours fasting & I’m liking it. I’m also going to log the changes & how I feel. I loved the interview. Thank you

glad you enjoyed it! ADF works for some people for a while. we tend to see many people struggle to maintain food quality when they get super hungry, so shorter periods of 'fasting' guided by your blood sugars can help. optimisingnutrition.com/data-driven-fasting/

I dont want to track micronutrients…eat whole foods, some fat…sleep water moderate exercise

sometimes a little tracking can be enlightening and help for people to see the gaps in their diet.
