I had a few online orders cancelled due to low stock too. I was only able to do a few deals today until the app started acting up. I couldn't send anything to card at one point. I'll try again during the week when things are better.
I noticed on Shopkick the rebates are different based on location. If you shop at multiple CVS stores within your county, you can open up the app at each location and see what the offers are.

Mine keeps popping in and out. I only have 1 CVS store near me and 1 time I open the app & it is there and the next time it is gone. 🤔
