Tips to Lose 10 Pounds in 30 Days

- Do you want to know how to lose 10 pounds in 1 month without counting calories?
Increase your protein consumption. Most people have about 16% of their nutrition coming from protein. Double that. Higher protein consumption will improve thyroid signaling which helps increase your metabolism
Eat more beef. Beef is high in stearic acid which is an aromatase inhibitor and prevents the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. Cholesterol in beef helps support testosterone production too.
Eat less veggies. Cook them if you do. This will help reduce plant defense chemicals. Replace them with fruit.
Eliminate polyunsaturated fatty acid consumption as much a possible. These are found in refined cooking oils and processed foods and are estrogenic, pro-inflammatory, suppress thyroid function, overburden your liver, and are catabolic.
Don't do steady-state cardio. Just walk throughout the day and lift weights. Cutting cardio will reduce cortisol, walking will reduce cortisol and get you more sunlight, also reducing cortisol, and lifting will improve insulin sensitivity, reduce cortisol, and help you build muscle
Try this for the next thirty days. And give me a follow if you want to lose weight without counting calories

Bless you for writing it down. This guy has good info but mumbles his way through I couldn't keep up.
beef hurt my kidneys and urinary tract, uric acid goes very high and is very terrible cause very bad inflammation, this guy is not a doctor, I think he just bring some info just to be famous abd get some money from RUclips 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
I think he said, you can switch out veggies for fruit? But a balance of both and cooked veggies
Thanks ? I’ll Let you know how it gos thanks for being here ✨💫🩵👍🏻
👋🏾👀Yeah but you left out the most important directive: cooking the meat. In water? In the oven?🤷🏾♀️Another thing I don't see which is worth mentioning is *Food Combining* knowing which foods should & should not be eaten together. Do you ever talk about that?
I’m literally doing all these things right now and I’m feeling great, losing weight and not getting any cravings for junk food at all. It’s amazing. And I was a pretty ‘healthy’ eater before!
craving junk food or chips which is salty is a signal from your body you need salt. it tensds to happen to me when i eat sugary food, i crave salty foods ro balance it out
The kind of salt that is needed is Celtic Sea salt or Himalayan salt. I believe you can use these salts even if you have high BP. Stay away from table salt! If you need iodine just supplement with it.
It’s ridiculous how out of touch the nutrition/fitness industry is with reality. I’m certified as a pt thru nasm which is the “gold standard” of training, and they say that seed oils are some of the healthiest fats you can consume. I remember reading this back when I took the class originally and got sunflower oil to use for cooking and my gf and I felt like shit because of it.
i eliminated seed oils a few months ago and replaced all my base cooking with grass fed butter. i can’t even explain how monumental the change has been i’ve never felt better
its thé way they extract seed oil its a toxic process
@@unknowndarkangeluser I.... never thought about using butter. I sincerely appreciate the mention.
It works! Was on the Whole 30 and I lost 12 pounds in 30 days. Lots of protein - beef is good but including wild-caught fish is actually better and can help increase your omega-3. Pasture-raised eggs.
Any Hindu here to street
And talk as fast as this dude and you’ll lose an additional five pounds.
Lmao 😂😂😂
Maybe you're just a slow listener, because this guy is speaking at a normal speed.
Word
🤡, he only has a few minutes to post the info.
Life comes at you FAST!
There's no way this guy is against cardio. Cardio is the healthiest things that you can do.
You are both right
My man is a G. I'm 39, pretty lean work out regularly and pretty much already follow this to a degree as eating like that just made me feel better but now I'm more aware of the benefits. These little clips will keep me on track
I like ur content great info w a calm presentation not screaming, very nice
I've been telling people this for years, after I lost a lot of weight over the summer and all I did was eat steak and fruits. I was a kid coming back to the new year of school and having lost that much weight everyone was surprised. Being out in the sun all day, skating around and doing this had me lose almost 200lbs in the course of a summer.
Amazing result. gets a lot harder once you get to 40 50 or 60. Sounds like you're a long way from those ages, though!
@@ianstuart5660 pretty close to 30 myself, so absolutely. I just recently went from 205 to 160.. lots of cardio, muay Thai, BJJ, and low cal intake.
But yea the goal is to get fit before hitting 30 and try to maintain.
I started keto and intermittent fasting (16:8 and a single 24 hour fast per week). I also get through about 3000 calories burnt (according by Fitbit) by walking more and doing a 30 minute spin class (RUclips). I also started walking on Saturdays (8 hours 35km) while fasted from the night before and no eating while walking. No snacks.
Weight loss slowed down a bit after the first month (now about 1 pound per week) because I'm down to that stubborn waist fat, but it's slow consistent fat loss
you walk for 1/3 of the day? damn
I've been doing something very close to this for the past 3 weeks and I'm down 8lbs so far. Just came across this video and what you have to say is accurate.
During my entire primary school, I was overweight. I even skipped a road trip because my class was heading to the beach, and I felt too insecure to show my body, so I didn’t want to go. My teacher asked my parents why, and they explained that I didn’t wan
Facts. I do a carnivore diet with ocasional fruit. Mostly berries. Those are my “cheat meal.” I feel like a super hero. I look amazing.
Carnivore + Heavy weights + sleep, repeat. This is my statement. And Im not planning on changing it, because it works. I encourage anybody to follow this content creator.
😂
@@lanceleefer8175Did someone tell you a funny joke?
@@KarnivoreHulk 🤣
This is gold, thank you
Brilliant thank you. Love to hear you spread awareness on the dangers of Seed oils.
So my question is what is the best oils to use? I use olive oil and avocado oil spray.
There are no dangers to seed oils hahaha
@@lanceleefer8175 most are highly processed and cause inflammation. Best to go for organic olive oil
@@Brendan99349 highly processed means nothing. What happens when we consume the final product is what matters and multiple multiple studies show its fine when compared to butter etc.
@@lanceleefer8175 Curious whether seed oil companies sponsored those studies? That conclusion contradicts a number of recent studies.
Cool. And don't forget beets and oysters for Nitric Oxide.
So could you give us a list of what we can eat? It seems like the majority of the food we can't eat.
Love this content man. Thank you so much. Can you make some videos on ways that you get good sleep?
Keep up the good info. Never mind the 8% body fat trolls that found your shorts.
Thankyou for the encouragement🙂
Man, its so individual. I tried loats of diets (including this one), but the "more vegies l, less meat" really helped me. I even feel better when i consume less meat/milk etc. On the other hand, ny brother eats a lot oof beaf and has nice figure (and also feels and looks well).
Subbed, incredible endocrine info you give
I wish you would do more RUclips videos. This seems like great info, but there's not enough info in these shorts.
Don’t cut cardio.
Great videos my man!!
I thought too much protein increases insulin ….. please clarify
Is this more for men to follow?
Love it bro. I am ready.
Cheers cheers
What are plant defense chemicals?????
Did you recommend to cut the cardio... but why?
Need to know your source for saying beef inhibits aromatase, looking into aromatase inhibitors I found those that says beef increases estrogen but haven't found any that says beef inhibits estrogen.
On point bro ❤ got a sub. Am ok keto and fasting , so high protein and fat and veggies. The end
Love your content man.
Why must it always be so complicated and why the aversion to counting calories? If you will count calories and keep your protein high, you will lose weight and be able to keep muscle and even put some on. Yes you can make some alterations to make your diet healthier but calories in calories out will always work and is what’s happening anyway if you’re losing weight. Even on this so called diet, that is what is happening. You are in a calorie deficit.
But when I eat more red meat my colesterol gets extremely high
What if you don't have a thyroid?
I don't eat beef
Less veg? First time i hear this
Thanks for packing so much info in a short! Most useful video I've seen in a long while. New subscriber😊
The body also consumes calories breaking down proteins
What if you can't eat beef ?
Chicken, pork & fish too or beef only? This is interesting. Subscribed and I will give this a try after I do a bit more research. Thank you for sharing this info.
In another video he says to stay away from chicken and pork. Stick to beef or fish but mainly beef.
@@clarisacollins7215 Thank you 🙏
Is this helpful for Vegans?
Idk I still get a rise in my sugar from protein and gain weight since raising my protein. BTW I've been carnivore for 2 1/2 years. Still battling IR too
Wow what does your doctor recommend?
What about HIIT workout?
Perfect advice ❤
Thank you- If I hear one more person say weight loss is calories in, calories out....I might scream.
Cycling also improve insulin sensitivity
Less vegetables? I don't know. Especially the leafy greens, I'm stuck on that
Sounds like fresh vegetables. Just eat more cooked vegetables.
Does swimming count as steady-state cardio?
For sure! if your not going full speed!
I have increased my protein intake, although I am not vegetarian I am not a big fan of red meats (except pork 😅) beside beef, what other suggestions for good protein would you recommend? Please
Human flesh is optimal for reducing fat and building lean muscle
The fat you eat is the fat you wear
@@user-vy4xx2qp3dThis is both true and false, depending on what you mean by it. The fatty acids making up your body tissue are primarily formed from the foods you eat, and that's why people who eat more saturated fat (less reactive) report less sun sensitivity, but in terms of fat storage, it's basically just an equation of calories in versus hormonal profile and energy needs. Excess carbohydrates are readily and easily stored as fat, and cause hormonal signalling to both store the fat and eat more. Excess fat consumption is also easily stored as body fat, but has a better satiety signal and it's far more unlikely someone will overconsume fat than carbs, unless they pair the fat with carbs, then it's extremely easy to overeat both together. Donuts are terrible for you unless you're dying of rabbit starvation and have tons of protein, but no calories.
I really like seafood and eggs to mix things up, as they're full of micronutrients and eggs are rather cheap per gram of protein. Some canned seafood, while not delectable, provides good nutrition per dollar. Meijer brand canned salmon is actually solid...but it's still canned fish. To get fresh and frozen salmon cheaply, I wait for sales, which typically coincide with fishing seasons. Protein powder is around 20-30 grams of protein per dollar where I live, so any expensive meat that goes on sale to 20+ grams per dollar I buy, and any cheap meat that goes to 30+ per dollar I buy. I have a large freezer though and easily eat half a pound of meat a day, typically more. Also, learn as many egg recipes you like as possible, as variety is the spice of life, and there's really no way to overconsume eggs. They're super nutritious and incredibly satiating.
I would not reduce cardio, the rest is good advice.
I’ve done almost exactly this and have lost 35 pounds and counting :)
Is this just for men or women too ? Does this work for menopausal women?
I have 3eggs a day and protein bars 3 times a week,beef burgers once ,chicken twice,salmon once,,sausages once,2cans of tuna a week.
I workout 5-6 days a week.i don't lose weight.
STOP EATING PROTEIN BARS
@@Time_Limit why?
I only have them 3 times a week and they're low in sugar and don't put me over my calories for the day.
You need to back up your capital letters with qualifications or experience.
Or reduce/eliminate animal products, avoid processed foods by cooking things yourself, drink a lot of water, have a lot of fibre and a lot of fruit and veg and do whatever form of physical activity you like that doesn’t feel like a chore (in my case that’s running, dancing and yoga). That will change your whole lifestyle and will help you keep your goal body/weight - not just get it.
Thoughts on extra virgin olive oil @TimBurmaster?
I am a 24 yo female and I know this video is targeted for the general population. But I've been wanting to add more beef into my diet, however, red meat irritates my guts and causes intense pain (I may have some kind of underlying undiagnosed endocrine issue, like PCOS). But what can I eat that will give me the same effects of beef without the pain?
Thank you
Walking IS steady state cardio……. Also animal proteins, such as red meat, beef, even chicken proteins, have within them high amounts of an amino acid which is scientifically known & proven to activate inflammatory pathways (mTor) within the body. Still have to be aware & mindful of animals proteins, particularly from typical red meats & grain fed chickens, etc, as those still carry within them inflammatory activators as well.
False. You're extremely out of shape if walking makes you out of breath 🤦♀️
@@pcstgrsqrl5581 - I don’t know what your referring to. Walking is a form of steady state cardio. In fact, it is the most natural movement for human beings to do, as humans beings have been basically walking for millions of years. it is extremely low impact, it’s free, it does not impact the joints the way running on hard concrete or pavement can be taxing on the bones & joints. Walking is a great way to facilitate oxygen & nitric oxide uptake into the bloodstream which helps to vasodilate the airways & cardiovascular system. It’s one of the most natural, normal & healthiest thing for human beings to do. It is also low impact, while helping to increase blood glucose uptake into the muscle cells, decreasing one’s risk of diabetes, while also facilitating with fat loss. It also naturally helps to lower & resolve stress & bring on mental clarity, while helping to boost endorphins, & thus also helps with mental & emotional health & an overall sense of well being. I’m not quite sure, but I do not understand your comment, nor who it was directed to.
Everything activates mTor. That's one of the longevity puzzles that basically amounts to "More life" vs "Longer life", unlike smoking which is clearly "Less life and shorter life."
I don’t eat beef is there other options?
What if ur vegetarian? Can we also have vegetarian version
will u pls slow a bit , having hard time catching up 😂
So those fig Bars by Nature's Bakery is no good?

Amazing!!! Short video but so much info
What if you have a lot of digestive issues. Especially meat. What does one do. I'm 72. Thank You
Why not wild salmon or wild cod? Or skipjack tuna? Are you taking digestive enzyme capsules?
WHAT ABOUT MUSTARD OIL AND COCONUT OIL FOR COOKING
This should be played in every Walmart

How does cutting cardio reduce cortisol?
What oils are you talking about?? Sunflower oil?? 🌻
He’s talking about Vegetable oil, Canola Oil, Sunflower Oil, Cottonseed Oil and Corn Oil …..the most healthiest oils to cook with are Olive oil and Avocado Oil.
Is it okay to chew sugar free gum during the 30 days?
What if you are vegetarian 🤔
Wouldn't lifting heavy increase cortisol?
Great advice, you just jagged a new subscriber 👊🏻
Support this channel, great stuff
Will this work for older women?
Did u say eat less veggies to reduce weights?
eat less veggies, the healthiest food on the planet and eat more beef. crazy, right?
there are a lot of ways to loose weight; not all are healthy for over all health and life span. Most crack addicts loose a lot of weight too.
I believe less raw vegetables and more cooked vegetables.
Crack cocaine will help you loose weight better than almost any other way. Loosing weight healthy is the goal. Many of today's diets are not healthy over the long term e.g. carnivore, keto, etc.
Vegetables are unhealthy
@@kzy7182Oh really.
Yes walking is amazing and so is lifting. Even small weights make a big difference. Don’t run - your body stresses and cortisol is produce which is bad.
But millions or runners worldwide run daily and are in great shape ?
only if the running is difficult

Would it increase my cholesterol??
Even if it's not really such a big deal, insulin immunity is.

Love everything you said.
Is EVOO and Avocado oil one of these bad oils?
No they're good, also coconut oil butter ghee and tallow are good
Not true too much protein will convert to glucose and you could gain weight.
