  • Do you want to know how to lose 10 pounds in 1 month without counting calories?
    Increase your protein consumption. Most people have about 16% of their nutrition coming from protein. Double that. Higher protein consumption will improve thyroid signaling which helps increase your metabolism
    Eat more beef. Beef is high in stearic acid which is an aromatase inhibitor and prevents the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. Cholesterol in beef helps support testosterone production too.
    Eat less veggies. Cook them if you do. This will help reduce plant defense chemicals. Replace them with fruit.
    Eliminate polyunsaturated fatty acid consumption as much a possible. These are found in refined cooking oils and processed foods and are estrogenic, pro-inflammatory, suppress thyroid function, overburden your liver, and are catabolic.
    Don't do steady-state cardio. Just walk throughout the day and lift weights. Cutting cardio will reduce cortisol, walking will reduce cortisol and get you more sunlight, also reducing cortisol, and lifting will improve insulin sensitivity, reduce cortisol, and help you build muscle
    Try this for the next thirty days. And give me a follow if you want to lose weight without counting calories

I also started walking on Saturdays (8 hours 35km) while fasted from the night before and no eating while walking. No snacks.

    Why must it always be so complicated and why the aversion to counting calories? If you will count calories and keep your protein high, you will lose weight and be able to keep muscle and even put some on. Yes you can make some alterations to make your diet healthier but calories in calories out will always work and is what’s happening anyway if you’re losing weight. Even on this so called diet, that is what is happening. You are in a calorie deficit.

    • @TheSpecialJ11
      @TheSpecialJ11 6 месяцев назад

      @@user-vy4xx2qp3dThis is both true and false, depending on what you mean by it. The fatty acids making up your body tissue are primarily formed from the foods you eat, and that's why people who eat more saturated fat (less reactive) report less sun sensitivity, but in terms of fat storage, it's basically just an equation of calories in versus hormonal profile and energy needs. Excess carbohydrates are readily and easily stored as fat, and cause hormonal signalling to both store the fat and eat more. Excess fat consumption is also easily stored as body fat, but has a better satiety signal and it's far more unlikely someone will overconsume fat than carbs, unless they pair the fat with carbs, then it's extremely easy to overeat both together. Donuts are terrible for you unless you're dying of rabbit starvation and have tons of protein, but no calories.

    • @TheSpecialJ11
      @TheSpecialJ11 6 месяцев назад

      I really like seafood and eggs to mix things up, as they're full of micronutrients and eggs are rather cheap per gram of protein. Some canned seafood, while not delectable, provides good nutrition per dollar. Meijer brand canned salmon is actually solid...but it's still canned fish. To get fresh and frozen salmon cheaply, I wait for sales, which typically coincide with fishing seasons. Protein powder is around 20-30 grams of protein per dollar where I live, so any expensive meat that goes on sale to 20+ grams per dollar I buy, and any cheap meat that goes to 30+ per dollar I buy. I have a large freezer though and easily eat half a pound of meat a day, typically more. Also, learn as many egg recipes you like as possible, as variety is the spice of life, and there's really no way to overconsume eggs. They're super nutritious and incredibly satiating.

    Walking IS steady state cardio……. Also animal proteins, such as red meat, beef, even chicken proteins, have within them high amounts of an amino acid which is scientifically known & proven to activate inflammatory pathways (mTor) within the body. Still have to be aware & mindful of animals proteins, particularly from typical red meats & grain fed chickens, etc, as those still carry within them inflammatory activators as well.

      @@pcstgrsqrl5581 - I don’t know what your referring to. Walking is a form of steady state cardio. In fact, it is the most natural movement for human beings to do, as humans beings have been basically walking for millions of years. it is extremely low impact, it’s free, it does not impact the joints the way running on hard concrete or pavement can be taxing on the bones & joints. Walking is a great way to facilitate oxygen & nitric oxide uptake into the bloodstream which helps to vasodilate the airways & cardiovascular system. It’s one of the most natural, normal & healthiest thing for human beings to do. It is also low impact, while helping to increase blood glucose uptake into the muscle cells, decreasing one’s risk of diabetes, while also facilitating with fat loss. It also naturally helps to lower & resolve stress & bring on mental clarity, while helping to boost endorphins, & thus also helps with mental & emotional health & an overall sense of well being. I’m not quite sure, but I do not understand your comment, nor who it was directed to.

      eat less veggies, the healthiest food on the planet and eat more beef. crazy, right?
      there are a lot of ways to loose weight; not all are healthy for over all health and life span. Most crack addicts loose a lot of weight too.

      Crack cocaine will help you loose weight better than almost any other way. Loosing weight healthy is the goal. Many of today's diets are not healthy over the long term e.g. carnivore, keto, etc.

    Yes walking is amazing and so is lifting. Even small weights make a big difference. Don’t run - your body stresses and cortisol is produce which is bad.

    I don’t know about the pineapple. NOT if you are insulin resistant. That’s a death sentence. Have berries instead. If you can eat them in moderation or else leave them .

    I urge you all not to listen to this guy and actually COUNT YOUR KCAL. Make it a habit.
    Nutrition is a important topic that everyone should be aware.
    If you know your Kcal, you can manage what you eat and how much you eat with much more ease.
