Congratulations on your weight-loss. What works for some does not necessarily work for everyone else. Keeping "things" in moderation is probably a healthy approach.
Not all plans (diets) are the same or fit for everyone. Diabetics can focus on carb control and eating more foods that do not spike blood sugar, insulin. Calorie restriction, in essence is great at losing weight. However, it's the quality of the food that you eat that matters
I am no specialist, but here are my 2 cents. If a person go on a calorie deficit changing ONLY his diet without muscle training and other exercises. The basal metabolic rate will decrease and the person will be able to eat even less calories in the future otherwise the weight will be back. There is more, the "calories" a person eats are also important, insulin spikes are an important part of the process of "storing fat". So yes, imo the tips mentioned in the video are awesome!!

150 grams of protein is a lot depending on your current weight. Typically. You just take .7 times your goals weight. If you ingest to much protein in can actually be bad for you on the long run. I learned that lesson the hard way from a routine doctor's visit last year.
Absolutely, losing weight and getting in shape can be a challenge, but with a little dedication and some useful tips, it can certainly be achievable. Here are 10 tips to help men lose 10 pounds: Create a Caloric Deficit: To lose weight, you need to consume fewer calories than you burn. This can be achieved by eating smaller portions and choosing low-calorie, nutrient-dense foods. Protein Intake: Increase your protein intake as it can help reduce hunger, boost metabolism, and promote muscle growth, all of which contribute to weight loss. Regular Exercise: Incorporate both strength training and cardio into your routine. Strength training helps build lean muscle mass, which can increase your metabolism, and cardio is great for burning calories. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. It can help curb hunger and boost your metabolism. Healthy Sleep: Prioritize getting a good night's sleep. Lack of sleep can interfere with hunger hormones and lead to weight gain. Limit Processed Foods and Sugars: These are often high in calories and low in nutrients. Opt for whole foods instead. Eat Plenty of Fiber: Fiber can slow the absorption of sugar into your bloodstream and prevent overeating by making you feel fuller. Manage Stress: High stress levels can trigger cravings and lead to weight gain. Try techniques like meditation, yoga, or other relaxation methods. Keep Track: Maintain a food journal to track what and how much you're eating. This can help identify patterns and areas where you can make improvements. Stay Consistent: Weight loss is a journey, not a sprint. Keep motivated, stay consistent, and remember that every healthy choice brings you one step closer to your goal. Remember to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new weight loss program. It's important to choose a program that's right for you and your specific health needs.

Then they return to their old eating habits not knowing how to regulate their behavior around the food they do enjoy and end up gaining the weight back because they didn’t learn “discipline” for those kinds of food. But if you start with eating what you like but with regulation and “discipline” like you said, you’re more likely to stick with it for the rest of your life.
And saying if you eat chips then get on a treadmill is bad. You shouldn’t treat exercise as a negative punishment. You want to keep exercise as a positive experience separate from what you do with your diet. If you happen to eat more calories that’s fine… but don’t punish yourself for it.

Absolutely, losing weight and getting in shape can be a challenge, but with a little dedication and some useful tips, it can certainly be achievable. Here are 10 tips to help men lose 10 pounds:
Create a Caloric Deficit: To lose weight, you need to consume fewer calories than you burn.
