Thanks again for stopping by the shop, and remember, at Mom and Pop’s, our love of all things geek, nostalgia, and physical media never stops!
Please Note: Mom and Pop pay Joel and Tyson a really lousy salary, even by 1988 standards. So, they’d really appreciate it if you’d like, subscribe, and share their content with your friends!

WOW, you guys go deep. Crazy how all this can tie back, WELL DONE!!! Dolls creep me out...
Thanks! And yeah, the creepy factor is REAL! 🤣
Not even kidding, Dolls is in my top 5 favorite movies of all time. I absolutely adore this movie. I love killer dolls. I love the practical effects here. I love the comedy in this. This movie is just magical to me. I saw it as a kid. Watched it with my grandpa. We both loved it. I finally got the Scream Factory Blu-ray years ago and just a few months ago I got the Arrow Blu-ray. Yes, I love it that much. I watch this at least 4 times a year. It always brings a smile to my face. Thanks for spotlighting this film because it's still not that well known which is crazy to me.... May I suggest reviewing The Kindred (1987) at some point. Another underrated horror film that has great effects
Yes! So glad you love DOLLS! And yes, I will make sure we cover THE KINDRED some time in the not too distant future. Thanks for the suggestion!
Alot I didn't know about that movie, cool review! I definitely got early puppetmaster/ demonic toys movie vibes from watching it my first time.
Thanks!
