If you are gaming, then do not change the quality to 192000 hz, because most games use 44100 hz (24 bit). This causes the sound to convert to a lower quality which only means you're losing sound quality. Keeping it on 44100 doesn't require any conversion.

In Sound Effect properties below 'Description' I have 'Setting' option and it is set to Hangar mode. There are multiple option if I want to change it, e.g. Mountain, Concert Hall, Living Room, ... Which should I set it to get best sound quality. Thanks.
It's personal preference really, although ones like hangar will add an echo and reverb. If there's any that are set to music types (pop, rock etc.) then they might be worth trying out.
i dont know if this is just me, but in the recording-advance tab, if i got in to 2 channel i only hear my voice coming out of 1 ear, i think thats a little strange, but i wonder if the second channel implies more than 1 microphone. im still learning this stuff so that might seem obvious, but i learn't something new today lol

Sometimes your PC will detect them as something different, it shouldn't affect anything though. Regarding the quality, some devices just won't let you change it. You could maybe try updating drivers but this is unlikely to help.
I have the Rode Wireless Go microphone. It gives me really good audio quality on my DSLR Camera, but when I connect it to my computer and trying to record using premiere pro for videos the sound quality isn't good at all, and I have so much of back noise. Is it because of windows that don't really perform well without a USB Studio Sound Card? Or does windows need any update or improvement to get the highest quality of HD Micorphones?
If it's definitely that mic connected I guess it's possible for that to be the case, but I would expect it to be better than what you are describing. Have you played around with the settings?

suggestions for good setting for powerbeats? i swear all apple products sound the same and are very lame. no bass at all on these guys. i've been through 4apple products and they all sound like sony wf700 which sound like crap for the price
You will reduce your audio quality generally by increasing sample rate as windows will upscale and so mess with the signal. Unless your actually feeding it 192khz. Turning on bass boost etc also messes with the signal. Bad ideas in my experience.
This is ambiguous. Do you have ways to improve the quality of an existing audio file? There is software to do that. FIRST explain exactly what process you are improving: MAKING an audio file? PLAYING an audio file? Improving the SPEAKER? Improving the MICROPHONE?
The majority of people won't need to nor would they be capable of improving the quality of audio files. However, if they do want to do that, they can watch my Audacity videos (as mentioned).

with your video I had lots of sound coming through without me doing anything but when I tried to listen to my church service on utube there was no sound coming through. I am 78 and not computer literate...maybe that will help you to understand my problem

On the properties panel for my headset the enhancements tab doesn’t exist
it's because you have to install/download/update the realtek audio drivers from their website

Try updating device drivers, as well as Realtek audio drivers (I have tutorials for both on my channel if needed).
Why does everyone think this is a function built in to windows, this is a driver enabled function. That is linked to the adobe or realtek sound stage.

Only certain headphones allow for that, but most audio sources won't be that high so there's very little benefit in most cases.

Have you tried the headphones on a different device? See if it's the same on a phone for example
