When I lived in Okinawa, I ate Yakisoba just about every day. The taste is so yummy. I love mine with beef. The taste is a taste that will keep you coming for more. Great Video and content..
Its not that easy to cook in that large amount of yakisoba so i am quite amazed and in awe. Because there are times when you make too much, there could be lacking or too much. Great job!
Yakisoba bread, dumplings, a bowl of mustard, and a simple sprinkled rice ball, all of which are appetizing gems. As you can see in the comments, this is definitely Yummy❣
This video was just super inspiring to me. The story, the cooking techniques, the atmosphere... Thank you so much for sharing this particular restaurant's behind-the-scenes footage!
Japanese has no real plural/singular forms for nouns ( beyond adding tachi as a suffix ), so it's interesting watching the subtitles and seeing where they are a messed up a bit. Not a critique, just an interesting note.
Maybe I'm the odd one out but I always thought Yakisoba Pan was such a weird thing. It's carbs in carbs without any protein. Like a fried chicken sandwich has a batter but it's majority chicken. This is straight up soba in bread.
As someone who knows very little about asian cuisnine, why put the noodles in a sandwhich? Isnt that kind of starch on starch at that point? Someone explain what im missing?
Is 200 bowls correct? I mean literally zero disrespect but 200 isn't all that much if you're busy for a few hours a day. I feel like at his rate probably a much higher number.
Wait, so the story is that the restaurant owner asked the noodle factory to improve quality but things didn't go well? So the noodle quality is still bad?

Restaurant workers are some of the hardest working people around, thank you all!!!!!
I love Yakisoba! They do such an amazing job and it's so clean! Everyone is so focused and I don't know how they do it. Now I have to have some!
Japanese are very hard working people. Much respect!
I wish the US had restaurants like this, I can only imagine how delicious the food on this channel is.
They do, they have 100 year old hamburger and bbq joints with their own traditions and regional specialities. Loads of them.
there are japanese restaurants of this caliber in LA
@@ceriouslycereal3425 Which?
@@xXDarkKatanaBucketXx Rakkan Ramen, Suehiro Cafe, Kouraku to name a few
They do, they just cost twice as much as they do in Japan.

I wonder what he puts on the bun before the noodles? They also put it on the rice earlier with greens
This is a place worth visiting 👍

Hello from Taiwan!
Oh Lord that looks Good!!
Wow look so good. Thanks. 😍🙏❤❤⚘⚘👍💯.
I’m definitely hungry 🤤
Looks good. Pity that I absolutely hate bean sprouts.
Kinda fascinating how they barely measure the ingredients for the soba, and yet still trust it to come out right.
From 2 balls to 200 balls ,NICE!!!
looks amazing
My son loves yakisoba and shrimp
Gotta love that "hai-yo" respond, remind me of that one scene on one punch man
love this
One day I will be able to taste this
NOODLES!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Okay but does anybody know what kinda camera is used in this cool video??
Who else can smell the love through their phone?!?!

Yum😋😋
Ball=玉(麺を玉と言うかもしれないがこの場合使わない)じゃ無くてBowl=丼鉢って言いたいのかな?でもこの場合Plate=皿が正解だと思うよ。複数には勿論最後にsが付くけどね。例:balls,bowls,plates.
I watched one anime about cooking and here I am
Good
sangat lezat kalau di santap bareng keluarga

is this place near Tokyo?
No, it’s located in Kyushu, Fukuoka city
Basically plain chow mein with a raw egg
He would have sold 400 bowls if he had a good attitude
bread with noodle, that surely a giga carbohydrate consumption
He can sell more if he open store or stall in Indonesia 😁😁😁
Yummy 😋

What is that white stuff on the bun?
In Korea it was all about CHICKEN Ramyun
Bowls?
Correct the title - 2000
👍❤️

Are there supposed to be burned noodles in your yakisoba? Whenever I've burned noodles while stir-frying, it's made the dish worse
