I always love it when the cook try their soup first. It is a respect for customers so they can eat the proper food. Keep making delicious and affordable food japan :)
I loved how the old man spun the big bottle to create a vortex so that it would come out faster. Also loved how he tasted everything, and then even though I don't speak Japanese, it seems he said "that's very good!".
Something about the way that older gentleman eagerly works makes me happy. It must be nice to live somewhere where taking pride in your work and feeling happy about it is normal.
I loved watching the dedication that goes into preparing these dishes. But it would have been better if we had captions for the ingredients, and finished dishes.
É bonito, mas os pratos são tão pequenos e caros! Qualquer prato mostrado no vídeo custa 820 iens que é igual 32,81 reais. Pra matar minha fome tenho que comer uns 4 pratinhos desse tamanho aí do vídeo!

Absolutely Fantastic, great work to all and many thanks to the staff and family at the restaurant. It was very inspiring and all the dishes looked totally yummy 😋
👍This video makes my heart Happy, and my stomach hungry. Looks deliciousness.🤗 Ok.... Now I know why this food is so expensive. Everything is made by hand.
In Japan, Chicken eggs are generally safe to consume raw or partially cooked. Salmonella may only be present in eggs when the outer shell surface has been exposed to poultry fecal contamination. In Japan, at the farm level - the chickens are vaccinated against Salmonella, the chicken feed is heated to kill Salmonella, and the chicken houses are regularly cleaned and disinfected. As a result, Salmonella occurrences are extremely rare.
Would be nice, but we should be happy we get to see these hard working people and aren't interrupting their work. From what I've seen on other authentic cooking channels, many of the ingredients are not even available in the West. For actual recipes, you need to go other channels where they try to translate to equivalent Western cooking.
It was my brother who introduced me for the first time to the Japanese Food specially to the ramen noodles 🍜 and I can say it was the best I had ever had.

Same here
France also once had a great culture, before many immigrants came and the money was spent on everything but the own culture.
Japan has almost no immigrants, othen than France. France was pretty once.
I could watch that wonderful old man making food all day and not get bored. That man has a dedication many, many people in this world lack.
I feel the same way so many years of experience I am Witnessing it's beautiful to see and learn from right!

Smiled when the Chef said "yes" tasting his soup :-) I really need to visit Japan just for such restaurants and food.
common practice to taste your food as a chef xD but i love the thought
What sensible chef wouldn't taste their own food while cooking ? Isn't it a common practice?
Of course, but thats not the point. Its about how this chef said "yes". "Yes, good for my customers and it is really good" Honest work
