Honestly, I was expecting the Note to destroy the Sony, given all the hype around Samsung flagships and Sony hasn't been in the spotlight for a while now. This was a pleasant surprise. And this display on Sony was really good.
Vibrancy doesnt make a display better. Samsung had to calm down the vibrancy because it was hindering them from having the best display on the market. They went with the more true to life display.

XZ3 has the best display and one of the finest camera among all smartphones so far. I don't judge any previous models of sony phones, but this XZ3 so far was the best, specially it's screen and it's camera and sound system!
For years I've been wondering why Sony can't make a phone to at least match the best Samsung flagships, considering Sony's experience with display, sound, speaker, and gaming technology. Looks like they've finally caught up.
XZ3's app opening speed and OLED just demolished Note 9 easily 😁 but to be fair RAM management is worse than expected, so they will need to add 6 GB of RAM to XZ4 because 4 GB RAM is enough to most people but looks fairly weak in comparison to other flagships

Believe it or not, I have in my hand an authentic old Xperia Miro, low cost smartphone from 2012..... 800 MHz of processor, 1 core...... and it perfectly works until today ! I watch RUclips videos with it, play 3D games, do google chrome (with old version), make calls with it and it LIVES WELL IN 2018 ! The lags exist only time to time, because its a so small 2012 processor. I have the Xperia Z3 Compact, my favourite phone ever. 3 years after I bought it, it never disappointed me or lagged a single time. Even while playing PSX games for 4 hours ! What else can you give me to prove that Sony is the best in quality ? Samsung wants immediately to shine to your eye, gives heavy duty fast, but..... dies also fast. Thats the phone of most casual phoners. Sony gives firstly modest duty, grows fast, and almost never dies. Thats the big difference.... No need to mention, my PS1, PS2, PS3 all rock in 2018. Actually phone battles tested this against iphone xs max ram was great on xz3 i think the smart cleaner is turned on is this case he should check that

Samsung wants immediately to shine to your eye, gives heavy duty fast, but..... dies also fast.
Thats the phone of most casual phoners. Sony gives firstly modest duty, grows fast, and almost never dies. Thats the big difference.... No need to mention, my PS1, PS2, PS3 all rock in 2018. I could go on with other Sony products that I have.....
