This was a great workout can't tell you how much we enjoy your videos. I was in the middle of a bulk when covid 19 happened. I was stuck at home with no gym and had to lose some of the weight. Your videos helped us so much... You don't even know! Once again thanks for sharing your gift with us.

Thank you so much for providing us with so many great workouts and content;. I especially love the boxing workouts
Nate, I love your videos. Always a challenge, always something new. However, one gripe of mine is that a lot of workouts incorporate terms I don't know/(ex: sagital (?) jumps)
I do these workouts through my phone either in my basement or at the gym. A lot of the workouts seem to assume I know what the terms are or am looking right at you to know what to do. Instead, I have to pause to see, or take a break to watch some of the motions. I don't necessarily mind doing it, but I basically have to do that each time I watch a workout, even if it's the same one as before. My suggestion would be to make it easy for someone to know what to do by merely listening to your voice and not always having to look at the screen. Thanks!

30 sec high knees
30 sec slow lunge static hold(switch legs too)
30 sec jump and hit ball with head
30 sec slow lunge static hold(switch legs too)
repeate above 2 times
static hold superman and reverse
set 4
30 sec forward and back in 4 directions
30 sec plank, touch kneed with reverse hand alternativly
repeate above 2 times
static hold plank but with bend knees(not on floor)
