Andyroid was OK ... there the wheel was working, but RR3 was not OK and my virus scanner was always finding suspicious files within the folders of Andyroid
Hey buddy, I suggest that you remove your reference to pinnacle game profiler in your description. I've found that the program installed a malware program hidden as Mozilla Firefox. I never had Firefox installed on my PC so that was a huge red flag. I'm worried that alot of people aren't going to notice this if they download it.
Hi Im playing this via Bluestacks, basically it's like i'm still playing using my mouse to steer but I mapped my steering wheel controller to my mouse using "Pinnacle Game Profiler" That's how this setup works.

Good setup .. I see on the laptop u r using button profiler ... U can also use dxtweak to reduce steering lag ... Well driven mate ... Cheers :)

if you can tank it, look up RR3 Graphics
On an emulator I tried to set the device to 4k resolution (when the monitor is 1080P of course😂) so theoretically, I've got a 2× Anti-Aliasing
