    I have the same curl pattern and I’m obsessed 💗💗💗 your length is perfect ! Also my fav way to wear my hair out is loose in a twist out and wash and gos. You’re right learning our hair and accepting our texture is sooo important & caring for our hair is self care.

    I also think to many naturals are following other people's or influencer's hair regiment insteading of understanding the elements or characteristics of their own hair. They just automatically assume what works for her will work for me and that's not the case for many at all. I learned my lesson. I will say the 90 day detox helped me out alot. I did stop using oils because of scalp issues and I don't use butters because it's to heavy for my hair. But i didn't take everything from the 90 day detox. I do wash n go's, I do twistouts, I trim every 4 to 6 months, I deep condition every wash day.

    Thank you for saying moisture with water. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Our hair is like a plant, we want it to grow but us POCs are afraid of water. How does a plant grow🗣️ WATER. Both internally and externally. Your hair is dry and thirty, wash it (water) nourish it by providing your conditioner and oils. You betta preach. Keep up the good work boo.

    Before I was natural I didn't know I had more than one texture of hair on my head I always thought I was just a 4c hair girl until I chopped all of my hair off after I stopped relaxing it. My mother is a mixed woman from Trinidad and my father is black American from the south. So I have like three different textures in my hair but I'm definitely a type 4 girl and I love it there might be some 3C in there. But I noticed that when you having a relaxer in your hair and when the relaxer grows out it's a different texture than you're actual natural hair that your hair grows when it's not chemically processed

      Yessss it’s so crazy how we have these different textures but I love how it makes us all so different. 🥰🥰
      I’m definitely a type 4 girly and probably have all 3 textures too 😂💕
      Thank you for watching curl friend 🎀🎀

    So what’s wrong with short hair? … strand art is good too

      Nothing wrong with short hair, my hair is short :-)
      But short hair, especially that in between stage, does not get the respect it deserves in my opinion. People only look at long hair as an accomplishment instead of healthy hair, whether that is long or short. 💕💕

    I have severe dryness on my ends for having used shampoos that were too stripping (Innersense) because I was following the 30 days detox method! Now even though I cut my end everytime the dryness comes back I don't know what to do anymore 🥲

      @gentlestormwyatt  2 месяца назад

      Oh noooo. I’m so sorry about that. 😔
      No more detox method friend. Have you tried any moisturizing shampoos? One that I love right now is Design Essentials Honey Crème Detangling Shampoo. And you need a good deep conditioner. The one I love is by Melanin and it’s her plumping deep conditioner.
      Right now we have to get you back on a hydration and moisture regimen. Idk what kind of hair you have, but if you can implement those and maybe some twists following an oil and a cream to lock in the moisture?
      I may need to do a follow up video showing this. I’m rooting for you. 🥹💪🏽💪🏽💕💕💕

      @@gentlestormwyatt Thank you for your advices! I have type 4 hair I just bought the deep conditionner from Melanin Haircare! For the shampoo I can also try the design essentials and see if my hair likes it! Do you have a cream recommandation as well because I find it difficult to find the best cream for my hair. Again thank you so much I will stop cutting my hair in excess because I am only cutting hair that is dry but splits free, I will listen to your advice and have a long term regimen for moisture retention with the products suggested, I will let you know my improvements 😊

      @@maid4328yes please keep me updated. So for the cream, I’ve been using Melanin’s Elongating Cream paired with their oil. Together my hair stays very moisturized. 💕🥰
      I’m hoping they work for you as well.
      I’m so happy you’re on the path to healthy hair friend. I’m wishing you the best. Keep me updated. 💪🏽💕🌹
