Stay in school, kids. Get an education. Don't grow up stupid.
I only wish more schools actually addressed these areas, even just a TINY bit. We’re leaving ourselves WIDE OPEN to these charlatans.
RUclips University School of Law is not an accredited school
😅
It's too late. He's 33 years old.
😂😂😂
You got arrested for driving without a license, and he's sitting in the car while he's doing his Zoom court date. Where are these people's brains?
They don’t have one, they are so entitled that they would do this. I think judges should hold them In Contempt just for doing that.
Lol,I didn't realize he was in his car
I remember one when the judge pointed it out something happened to his feed and when he came back he was sitting in the passenger seat lol.
Sitting on them
I kind of wish a judge and DA troll a sovtard. Say it's under admiralty law and they're charged with going 55 in a 10 knot zone
😂😂😂
Would be fun, but it would be a ground for appeal. The judge has to be as honest as they can be
@@RealKaldracDammit. There goes my pitch for an NCIS spin-off that will star a 20+ year Admiralty Law scholar. The show's title would be Trifolds
@@iomnibus I'd watch the living HELL outta that show. Hollywood, make this show!!
Aarrgg matey, t'aint yer vessel dey want...it be da treasure dey seek, best ye be quiet, shhhh!
He can "travel" straight to a jail cell.
Is it in commerce if it's the jail bus? 🤣
The difference between ignorance and stupidity is that ignorance is curable... stupid is forever.
At 33, he won't get better.......his boat as sailed.😆
I think that once a pro-se defendant says, "I don't understand..." the judge should say, "if you don't understand, you need an attorney, because what you are asking for is something any attorney would understand."
They should also say "Then you need to understand. It is YOUR DUTY to understand if you represent yourself. If you do not understand how this court works and the charges against you then that is entirely your problem. The trial will proceed without you understanding what is going on and there is a high likelihood that you will lose your case. Its entirely up to you sir."
@ShizukuSeiji if we just printed laws in basic English language, there'd be no room for excuses. But as long as people have a right to represent themselves they will have the ability to impede and disrupt the process. Any attempt to reduce that would start a slippery slope towards anyone that the court seems 'problematic' or even just wants to run roughshod over.
Doing a Traveling fail zoom call from his automobile boat.
Why did you copy @Stephanie.Waiting's comment, word for word, including the Punctuation & Capitalization?
Not cool! 😠😡
They really think that spouting this set of magic words will trigger the "door open" sound from Zelda, then the judge will go into a trance and say, "Case Dismissed!'
I dont get it either lol
@TeamSkeptic I really just showed my age, with that Zelda reference, didn't I? 🤦♀️
@@AllisonAlliAl😂😂😂
I love the way they say "I don't understand the cause and nature of the charge" as if that somehow gets them a pass.
Thanks, now I have that sound playing in my head. Lol since I am blind, I kind of like to imagine what they are doing with their hands. You know, wiggling them, like they are doing a magic trick when they are spewing all of that bullshit in hopes of hypnotizing the judge. It’s not like they will make the judge suddenly think… Wow… You sound so smart… I am just so wrong… Case dismissed!
charged with traveling yet sitting behind the wheel lol
Yeah, a shocking number of SovCit zoom cases are done with the defendant in the driver seat of a car.
I know, right !!?!!
Gotta love their logic/stupidity
They seem to get away with it. No license doesn't stop them. They are sovshitizens.
He not driving but travelling 😅😅😅
Schrodinger's Cat used to say: "Life is hard. It's even harder if you're stupid."
RIP Cat ❤❤❤
I believe John Wayne said it first, not sure what movie
@@jameszabinski3558 I'm sure other people said it, too....
ahhh i miss SC 💔 rip big cat
Yeah...miss ol' Cat.
In the words of Jethro Tull... he's Thick As A Brick. And isn't it ironic, that he's dealing with a failure to have a driver's license charge, while sitting in a car [and by the looks of things, while in the driver's seat].
I really don't mind if you sit this one out,
My words but a whisper, your deafness a shout.
In Judge Webster's video where he says the trial would be in a different state he reminded this lowlife that he would need to attend in person BUT HE COULD NOT DRIVE HIMSELF as he had no license. Yet here he is, in the driving seat of a car.
And he keeps answering questions that are being asked to someone else 😂 he’s really dumb.
@@ShizukuSeiji
Judge Webster is a woman lol.
He needs a lawyer. He has no clue about how courts work.
Or indeed ANYTHING I suspect
@@simonsmith1974 he doesn't know how cars work because he thinks you don't drive them.
@@ShizukuSeiji his brain has gone on holiday
I love how these peoples think they know what they're talking about.
I'm so glad you did the followup! This dude just runs his mouth with no involvement of any possible brain.
He needs to appear before JUDGE OAKLEY!
Tsk, tsk, tsk, Judge Sergeant Major Oakley to you…..😂😂😂😂😂😂
💯🍿
Wouldn't that require him to travel through several jurisdictions?
Asking as the appointed trustee to the admiralty.
They all do.
I could hear the KS public defender sigh his huge sigh of relief with this sovturd refused free legal representation all the way here in Texas!!
I wish, when they say "Is this common or maritime?" that the judges would say
"If it were common, how would you plead? Ok, if it were maritime, how would you plead?"
I've often wondered how their defense would change with jurisdiction
I dated a lawyer who specialized in Admiralty Law. It is so incredibly complicated that these SovShits would never stand a chance!
I REALLY want a judge to answer the ridiculous "are we on the record?" Like, WTF do you think? I've been talking for 10 minutes. All of it on the record. 🙄
or: "WHAT RECORD?"
I do as well wtf 😂😂
They all think they sound educated and intelligent while spouting nonsense, and some other sovcit watching these vids, thinking somehow it works? Someone needs to do a vid on successful sovcit action, so I can see how that worked.
Ignorance of the law is no defense!
They have to start charging SovCits with lying. When they say "I don't understand the charges" it is an intentional falsehood offered to the court.
You are my favorite youtuber!! Im a 67 year old grandma that watches a few court channels. You have the absolute best sense of humor. Keep up the great work!!!
🧓Count this grandma in too. Never miss a Team Skeptic video. He's a riot. And smart.
If you choose to represent yourself you will be subjected to the same standards as a lawyer 😊
.......and that's unfortunate for him as he couldn't even be held to the same standard of a reasonably intelligent 12 year old.😆
@@adoculos4521 I am not even sure he could be held to the same standards as something nasty I accidentally stepped in at the park yesterday
Why don't judges just say that everything the Sovcit just said is meaningless gibberish?
I’ve seen a few who do say that but more of them either ignore the stupidity or indulge these morons
Jabberwocky! It is called Jabberwocky.
Complements of Judge Middleton.@@chickenlittle5095
Absolutely,! Some do, some don’t, and the ones that don’t drive me nuts. But it’s still entertaining! 😂😂😂
And once again, hes sitting in the drivers seat of the car. When will he finally figure out that paying a fee for a licensce, etc...,would have been a lot cheaper and a lot less hastle than 25 tickets?! Or however many
Truly the definition of insanity😂😂😂
I’ve seen this guy before, he had a host of tickets in Kansas, and tried this same routine. He pissed the judge off bad enough that he had to appear in court the next day and he was in TX. So if he didn’t show up a bench warrant was going to be issued for his arrest. He’s clearly learned nothing, SMH
I cannot find the follow-up, anybody know?
@@MayDa-ll7oe not sure the judge may not have streamed that trial.
Kirvin is in his `travelling conveyance`. Are police on the way?
Where exactly was he at the time? If he's in his driveway, he's technically not doing anything wrong.
@@samclark379 He is in Oklahoma, traveling to Kansas from Texas.
@@annetterichards4072 But where exactly? What road is he on? Can they extradite him?
I agree he's being stupid, but it would be hard for the charges to stick if he's staying still.
Tell him that it is admiralty law and his actual trial will be in London England where the Admiralty courts are located. We know from his last case that he has no idea of what he is doing.
And ask him if he can swim !
@@lukmaes6290 he might try to sail his private vessel there...
😂😂😂😂 good one
This judge must be related to Judge Webster or they went to the same law school. They both waste so much time with sovcits, it's ridiculous.
yea, its the slow talking that gets me lol I wish they'd just hurry it up and issue the warrant. However, in this one, he is currently going thru the process, so it's not quite at the point for warrants to issue. I wonder if he will actually show up.
@TeamSkeptic will he show up? Maybe... if he does I'll bet he will he get another citation for traveling back to Kansas and we can continue this in the next court case.
Maybe he was 'traveling' in a boat with wheels?
I think it’s that the judges feel that with enough work, or enough of an explanation, they will break through to one of these individuals and get them to abandon their false beliefs. I think they are searching in vein for a “win”. They are probably the type of judges involved in educational work in their spare time.
It’s the same mentality as anyone indoctrinated into a cult. Logical individuals believe they can just locate the root divergence in thinking and then convert the individual into the correct path of reasoning.
Deprogramming individuals doesn’t work this way. It is not a matter of pointing out logical fallacies as their abilities to reason themselves has been skewed. Ties have to be made depending on emotion, human connection, experience, etc to create a support foundation in which to slowly rebuild proper logic and reason again from the ground up.
@@charlee1951That’s a good one 🤣🤣
The best thing about this guy is that he doesn't interrupt anybody & talk over them beyond the usual Zoom type accidents.
The sovcit scheme seems to be: Represent yourself, claim that you don't understand anything and therefore you can't represent yourself, get out of jail.
By some logic.
what i have heard is that they never understand bc they take understand to mean stand under as in submit. i don't understand it!
It depends how deep down the rabbit hole they go. There are ones that just grab the citations and the paperwork, and then there are those who go to the core theory of it all.
Emory Law School has a good analysis. The core is based on the belief in 1933 when the gold standard was changed the country ceased to be a country and instead practices as corporate entity. There are competing fringe conspiracies as well relating the moorish empire treaty, or that re-interpret the word “incorporation” from the framework of incorporating to form the Union, to instead reference incorporation as a company. (Search for Emory Law - The Sovereign Citizen Movement: A Comparative Analysis with

@@nealabbott6520 well this asshat doesn't overstand anything either 😂
I don’t think the word logic applies here.
At least this judge told the guy that if he represented himself and submitted his own motions they need to exactly comply with the courts requirement and his actions are held to the same standard as a lawyer.... but as he was saying it I could see the concepts going WAY over this dude's head. He had no clue what the judge was so carefully informing him about.
So he's been told, if he doesn't submit his motions in the correct format he loses. Up to him.
Still in the CAR...I'm not even mad, I'm just impressed. DURRRR
It's not a car, it's an automobile conveyance!
When they say they "don't understand" they mean they don't "stand under" or submit to said charges. They think it's word magic or play on words under maritime admiralty law.
theyre such clowns
@chaleechan7805 nonsense hippie language revisionism
Sovereign citizen: what one becomes after graduating from Dumbass University.
I suspect its what one becomes after flunking your first semester at Dumbass University
Cheeky bandit's sittin' in the drivers seat too... 🤦🏻♂️
I do wish these judges would hold them in contempt for that.
When are you gonna be home?!? You do a lot of “traveling”.🤣🤣

Get well soon. Hospitals make it so hard to sleep, and they keep telling you to rest. 😂
"I don't understand the nature of these charges"
Then you're not competent enough to represent yourself.
I don't know if appearing to court for driving without a license, from the driver seat of a car is a wise move
I guarantee the CONSTITUTION says *NOTHING* about motorized conveyance.
I love how Ms. Gillett calmly goes on stapling her documents and processing paperwork, while he spews his nonsense. She's heard it so many times before. 🙄😂
Word Salad!! Get your Word Salad here!!
If he’s using ocean law then he should be using Leagues instead of miles 😂
He might knot fathom the difference.
So Team Skeptic.. Something I've always wondered.. When you lean back in your chair (which I love..) have you ever actually lost your balance and hit the floor? This time it looked close. :) Keep up the great work!!
And he's in a car during court....lol
He should call Jameel of the family Lockhart to get tips and tricks to understand how to better defend himself. Lockhart is an expert litigator.
I don’t believe that he’s in another state, he’s just 3 blocks away from the court but, because it worked last time, he’s trying it again! Ijs
Love it !
The judge said, "A Class B misdemeanor is punishable by..."
The Closed Captions read, "A Class B misdemeanor is punchable by..."
😂😂😂😂 you mean like they used to with the stocks??
I think if sovereign citizens choose to defend themselves, the judge should not help them with any explanations, as they should already be aware of the laws if defending yourself
Ahhhh, living in the future, where it is so easy for me to come on RUclips and witness sheer legal genius. Screw hover cars, this is way better!
Attorney Jill is always so unbothered by these people and I love it
now THATS a shirt!!
It's not very bright when your charged with driving on suspension and you show up on camera in the driver's seat.
it is so bizarre that a sovcit can march (virtually or otherwise) into a courtroom, explicitly state that it's their intention to make the entire proceeding as horrifically agonizing as possible for everyone involved, and the judge will be like " welp, that is your right ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ "
I love that he calls in for all these traffic violations from his car
Makes me mad!
He should be held in contempt because he’s still driving!!! And you wonder why people keep breaking the law…go figure?🤷🏽♀️
Chances are, we'll see him again after he fails to appear for the jury trial he requested.
Towards the end, it looked like Jill was trying not to hit her head. So were we!
Playing stupid should be a crime...maratime law... hahahaha
They can’t even remember their argument, they have to read it….and they don’t do that very well
Stupidity can never be underestimated.
I love this judge. His calm, authoritative and non-argumentative demeanour really helps to keep things moving along.
He's not the shapest bowling ball in house ball rack.
Judges should NOT allow this nonsense to proceed for more than ten seconds
I agree! Just shut them down quickly!
Asking for a jury, is like asking for the supervisor. Your chances are only going to get worse
Should be a fine added for vexatious ineptitude when demanding a jury trial and then losing.
@@UpnorthHere "vexatious ineptitude" LOL that needs to be a thing.
He's getting in trouble on purpose to appear on RUclips. Ridiculous.

4th word in your first sentence explains it all
I gagged on my beer at @2:46 when TS said, "you are about to get it from the horses ass!" ROFL!
Priceless. Showing up for no license and driving but sitting in his car, in the drivers seat. Filter attempt credit
I have heard this: "It's either maritime or common law" hundreds of times. Where did it originate?
That judge should just troll him by saying he’s not making any sense and should speak up.
He indeed is not making any sense so might as well have some fun with it
The more I see of Ms Gillett the more I like her! She makes good use of her time during the defendant’s word salad.
What is so abhorrent about having an attorney? I really don't understand it.
Because a lawyer won’t go along with the SovCit nonsense, so they don’t feel they are being represented well.
Driving while not having a DL is cause for a competency examination, yes?
This fool even admits that he sent 4 pages of nonsense, instead of just the one the court acknowledges. What an utter fool!
Speaking to a court in an incomprehensible jargon that's neither clear plain English or known legal terminology is contempt of court and bad faith. Sovcits are immediately in contempt.
Looking good mate 👍
Thanks, my friend! Always good to see you in the comments. One of my long time peeps!
