      To be fair though, his questions were legit. The problem in our court system is Judges refuse to listen to the defendant side of things when it comes to criminal cases. However, this person had nothing to say, but some of his questions are real legal questions and the judge refusing to answer them does lead that judge needing to be recused from his case. If he's probono, the judge has to awnser his legal questions in and our of the course as long as it doesn't push the judge to be practicing.

    Once you start speaking to a judge that way saying "oh you think your tough behind a bench" it should be an automatic remand. Even if you dont respect the law you need to at least be respectful to the person speaking with you especially since that person is trying to help you in a way.       That is really the whole point of continuing to allow self representation. Very rarely is it done successfully, so let them sink their own ship and then you can still lock them up.     A bill of attainder is a legislative act that targets a particular person. Ex post facto is making something a crime after it was done. His traffic violation was a crime before he committed it, and the law wasn't pass specifically to target him.

    I love how these guys don't seem to understand the difference between entering a Not Guilty plea vs entering a Guilty Plea. Like they seem to think there's some kind of third magic option of 'neither guilty nor not guilty'. It's a light switch. Either it's on or off. Either you didn't do it and you're sticking to that in which case the plea is 'Not Guilty' or you recognize you effed up and you aren't contesting it and you enter a guilty plea. This whole 'Judge entered a not guilty plea on my behalf is wrong because I don't plead' nonsense bullcrap is nothing more than a battle of semantics these guys seem to think are magic bullets for accountability. Like 'travelling' and 'driving', or 'Common/Admiralty law' vs Statutory. They think they can play word games, that's not how it works.
    Also he's throwing a tantrum about wanting to see the court rules, yadda yadda THIS IS WHAT A LAWYER IS FOR!

      There are 4 choices you can choose when pleaing, Guilty, Not Guilty, No content, and nullification, the last one courts refuse to accept and even mentioning it will cause a mistrial

    But it’s silly, is the judge his honour? Saying that you are my honour technically means that I hold you in honour. They change the words and feel so superior about it that they use them in the wrong context. It’s one of those childish games we played at school.
