88ROTORS tengo una tacoma 2006 4x2 me gustaría saber cuánto cuesta hacerla como esta pero con escalones eléctricos
I wish you guy's where in Miami my brother has this same exact model and year and he wants to do a couple of things to it also.
Perfect set up done by great workers!
Love this guys build from full skid plates, sliders, fog lights, scs and now kings! Definitely a goal 🤙🏽
Thank you!
I haven't seen a full disc brakes upgrade for the Tacoma. You guys should do one .
Wish more companies and establishments worked this efficiently
We try! Thank you for your kind words. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
I live in the east but i think people in the west take more pride in there work as far as this trade
West coast seems like they do it for looks, east coast seems to be more for mud bogging. Least what i see in Pennsylvania
It’s looks extremely nice on that truck
Best one yet, I’m lifting my Tacoma 3” and 2” in the back, although I have a 2015 sport, it’s great to see how other tacos look. Thanks!
That’s a killer Tacoma now!!!
Just bought a 2018 TRD off road and this set-up is awesome, everything looks great!! Ready to head down from NorCal
Good work and great equipment but I don’t love it. Can’t put my finger on why. Maybe I like smaller wheels with the bigger tires
Color of the truck is gross too. A colorless white looks 10 times better
I really love the look of those Sliders.. I know you didn’t install them in this instance, but do you know what brand they are??
I think 33" are a good fit for a conservative lift that gives you alot more trail performance over factory. Truck looks good. I would advise the customer get a re-gear aswell and re calibrate their computer. A 10k or 12k winch in the front would round it out pretty well.
dont need a re-gear for 33's
@@DeepSnowRidermight not always need to, but it's always better to do it
To bad you guys aren’t on the east coast!
More like too bad you aren't living in the west coast
All the work you guys do is badass. Keep it up👌👌👌
Thanks Carlos!
@@88ROTORS what does a 3" king lift cost plus your install out the door cost?
All i can say is QUALITY !!!!
That's a sweet Tacoma. Looks good fellas! Great job.
Thanks Edward!
Made me want a Tacoma!!!
That dude is gonna drive around the block and come back in for new gears. I've got a similar setup and 4.88 are almost a must with bigger tires.
Press that ETC PWR button my dude
@@eugenv.m.1279 It will definitely patch you over for a bit, by there's no substitute for better gears
Might consider getting a 3inch lift for my 2020 mgm taco off-road instead of 6 now this build looks sexy
Dam thats a sweet truck! I luv what you guys did to it, nothing extreme its all very practicle! Im down in the east though? It sucks. Thx for sharing!
Thanks!
I gave you a thumbs up, mostly because you had the good sense to show off a Tacoma.
Hey whats the difference between 33x12.50x17 and 285x70x17?
proportion is perfect looks great
I’m up in Nor Cal and I can’t wait to drive down to your guys shop to get my Tacoma worked on 👍🏼
I like the stance on that truck and wheels look nice maybe you should stock them!
How much clearance did those front tires have? When you backed it out , they looked close to rubbing the rear of the fender well. It doesn't look like this truck can handle or will handle much off road.
Why did you guys have to do a BMC? Is it because of the offset of the wheels? I have a 2020 4Runner and planning on doing a 3 inch lift with 17x9 SR8’s with 285/70/17.
Great Built Rig.
Need to do a before and after side by side picture so we can see the difference that would be a great help
Looks very nice. Question do you guys did anything to the brake lines or you don't need to do anything whit 3" lift
Awesome work guys. What brand sliders are on this Taco?
I need to do that exact upgrade on my turck with you guys. Just need to figure out a time to drive down to LA from Las Vegas.
Wow your videos have gotten so much better. Keep it up!
I definitely will be looking you guys up when the time is right. First to get some new gears.
you guys do some GNARLY work!!!! how long would a lift/tire&wheel install take?
2-3 hours. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 thank you for your kind words!
How’s the turning radius? Does it still rub on bumps? Also what’s the height of the truck after wheels and suspension? Curious if I would be able to park in garage.
I think it’s a sweet set up I want to do a suspension lift with add a leaf. I want to level out the truck and give it a few inches so I can fit 33” without doing a cab mount. I also want to still be able to tow without sagging in the rear
If you get the right off set, you don't need to do a cab mount. Mine slightly rub when making a turn up a driveway or hill
@@tackcoma5280 what was your offset?
@@earthsounds3358 -1 offset. 20x9. 275/55/20.
Question? Do you adjusted the computer settings?, so that it reads well and understands that it brings other types of tires and does not turn on the check engine otherwise it will affect the spirometer
Looks fly wish I had the money to do my taco like that
TACOMA PROJECT CAME A SUCCESS !!! APPLAUSE GUYS!!!
Maine here.. need this setup on my 2016 TRD OR... although I'd go with the cooper ST maxx, or STT pro's.... wheels are a bit mall crawler for me.. rather get something with actual rock ring..
Great job, professionally done. Now I heard you mention about sliders, you guys mount sliders and do you sell them?
Tough and functional 👍🏻
Awesome! would love to do that to mine!
Enjoyed it thank you 😅
I live tires to stick out just past the fender. With BFG tires and Method wheels, will this normally happen without a negative offset?
How much does this set up cost. Im thinking doing the same set up . I like the way it looks nothing too crazy

would cutting have been needed with stock offset? I have friends running 33's with no cutting at all on 2.5 inch front and 1.5 inch rear lift.
Can I fit 33x12.5r16 on a 16x8 rim and also fit that setup on a 3inch lifted 3rd gen tacoma?
2nd, can I fit a 295/75r16 on a 16x8 rim and also fit that on a leveled 3rd gen tacoma?
3rd, if no ones wanting to answer any of these, what's the lowest possible lift I can install to run 33s? And no I don't mind trimming
Wanting a 33inch tire on a 16inch rim because that'll make the taco look thick like a burrito, itll also make it look nice.
Do you guys prefer the 2.5 kings over fox factory 2.5 with DSC reservoirs?
Mike Duda King’s All the way.
But it’s personal preference.
I'm speechless.
I wonder if those old bilsten shocks will fit an old 94 4Runner???
So i'm guessing with that full skid plate oil changes are optional now?
Duane Henicke pretty sure there’s an access door just for oil changes so you avoid taking that huge thing off every time
@@kyleburns9439 Hmm. That would be nice. I have operated brush equipment and that was usally the case. Just couldn't see that on this setup.
Duane Henicke when he did the panning shot under the car I think the panel was right in the front “bend” of the skid plate. Could be wrong. But RCI is pretty popular so I’d be surprised if they offered skids without oil access
whats the total cost of the work done in the video including parts? I live in vegas not too far. I want the same lift kit, wheels and tires.

Hello. Nice truck. Love your vids. Do you know the manufacturer of the sliders on this truck? Thanks.
I was wonder if I decided go with 3” lift on my Tacoma then will 20 x12 fit with no problem?
Depends on what size of tires .. for this specific fitment you cant go more than 275 55R 20 and thats for a 20 x 10 .. if you are putting 20x 12 it will rub
Looks amazing. What’s the difference between the new 3 inch kings and the 2.5 inch kings. I have billy 5100s and looking for a new setup.
Get the 6112 and 5160
@@chanoleyva4208 ended up going with icon stage 4, 3 years later lol
What kind of ditch lights are those?
Looks Pretty SICK!!!💯👍🏻🔥
What does a set up like this cost on a 2020 trd off-road 4x4?
This was the very first vid that I have seen on your channel. That Tacoma turned out STOKED AS A MUTHA F🤐‼️ I would kill just to have one STOCK let alone all tricked out and rugged lookin and what not! Do you guys offer upgrades in packages? Stages? It’s not like I can afford any of your work, but it doesn’t cost to think about it! 🤔
With that attitude you will have a Tacoma someday.
Of course, we have some customers that do everything all at once and some that do one mod at a time. Nothing wrong with that! Hope you subscribe and thank you for viewing!
The wheels look really nice. The only thing I don’t like is when they start cutting things
What kind of sliders are those?
That's really nice truck.
what sliders were on the mgm tacoma at the end??!!
ohhh man, I think I might have to go set up a go fund me...... ugh never mind my conscience won't let me.
I like the way the Toyota Tacoma looks, came out magnificent. I have a 2017 Toyota Tacoma same model. How long does it take for you to complete the lift kit and the new rims and tires. I live in central California.
Thanks!
Old Man Emu suspension and some BFG KM2 255/85's on mine... no trimming required and I'll pick you up on the way back thru...
Sorry I turn it off after 4 minutes...it’s just looked like a 10 minute advertising commercial, didn’t show any info for us DIY.Could have shown before and after looked in less than 2 minutes.I also believe you still charge industry’s labor rates, just getting them in and out only benefit you not the customer lol.
Looks waaaaaaaaay better like that I never understood why ppl like there trucks lowered
@88rotors what’s the price for this set up?
Ill be up there soon im in san diego
This is great content.
Thanks!
Any Landcruiser 200 series lift? I haven’t seen one yet, so far....😅
What's up with the camper angle it ducks this is the first
How much does this setup cost with install

@@88ROTORS You can give a ballpark, with disclaimer. Geez! Nice work though!
These guys offer decent prices on rubber, they will most likely scratch your rims while putting them on then laugh about it, but hey..you saved a couple bucks 😅
Very nice👍 and very happy
Hello! 88rotors just I want know where is your located
What is the point of an AAL?
Why a modern truck comes with drum brakes in the back?? Does anybody knows what's the advantage? Pros vs cons?
Cost effectiveness. You only have to replace the front brakes every ~60k miles while the rear drum can last up to ~150k miles. The Tacoma is mainly a work truck for commercial use so it saves the business some money.
Damn I live in Oregon gonna be a long drive to la if I wanna get my 2019 TRD off road lifted too :(
Ustedes hacen el regear?
set up your website with some prices! looking to set up my 4runner
Well 33/15.50r17 fit the 5gen
How much???
It's going to look nice cruising around the mall parking lot! lol! J/K!
Jeeps are trash
Looks great
How much is price out the door?
Tengo una tacoma 2006 4x2 cuánto cuesta hacerla como esta pero con escalones eléctrico
I think you guys need to show the finish look of the cmc.
We do all the time, maybe just not this video. I didn’t check this video again to confirm. Check out all of our other videos.
Looks like the front wheels are still going to rub when offloading.
Looks sick
Anybody know a company doing this level of work in the Dallas/Ft Worth area?
Awesome! What does a setup like that run?

Looks good - can the 33 inch spare fit in the under bed area as stock or does it need to be modified ?
I would love to know to, still have the factory under mine
Looks great 🤗🤗
Will this give a more unstable steering?
No, it will not. It will improve performance and handling.
Clean look to it.
It looks like the rest of the trucks, do something that will impress me buddy
