Thanks for reacting to this great song! It's not about the Polish Jews. Warsaw Ghetto Uprising took place in 1943 which failed with no chance for success. This song is about the Warsaw Uprising, means the whole nation of Warsaw decided to oppose the occupier, i.e. the Germans who were in our capital from October 1939. I recommend to react to a short animated film about history of Poland of ww2 and after: " IPNtv: The Unconquered" - narrated by Sean Bean :-)

Great reaction to another part of history that is not well known but Sabaton does an excellent job of telling the tale ill-fated Polish underground attack on the German occupiers. This was another of the seemingly endless betrayals of Poland by the Allies, in this case the deliberate failure of Stalin to support the Poles even though Soviet forces were on the edge of the city. Stalin knew the Polish underground would resist his attempts to create a Soviet puppet state so what better solution than order a halt to the Soviet advance long enough to allow the Germans to decimate the Polish forces. A country does not fall with its government it falls when the people give up on it. Some of the polish resistance units lost up to 80% of all fighters. Normally army's flee or surrender at a loss of 5%
There is no mention of Polish Jews there. This is a story about Poles and the 1944 uprising, not the 1943 ghetto uprising! The extermination of the Jews was only one element of WWII. You are not taught about the annihilation of other nations. You have a distorted view of history.

New subscriber Watched the reaction to chrismas truce and I was both intrigued and a bit put off .. just because you seemed to make a bit of fun of a band I have much respect for: AND it didn’t help that you laughed at my favourite band member Tommy Johansson (the guitarist with the acoustic / electric guitarsolo ).. but then .. we’ll ..that part of the song posts an unique creative challenge 🤣 ) .. actually what would your idea for the video have been to be historically accurate and still have a electric guitar solo? it would be fun to know your take on it🤘 What intrigued me was that you still did a good analyze from a professional standpoint and appreciated what was there (in that aspect )( regardless of totally not jiving with the song) …But I did think that I would never see another reaction .. and then I did ( and thought .. why ?are you into making fun of bands or just into tourturing yourselve with music you don’t like 😝) But after watching a couple of reactions to Sabaton from you I have grown to appreciate the professionalism and appreciation that you display in your field of work. It actually hits a bit harder from someone that is not a complete fan of the music. And you are capable making that happen. So in that regard much respect 🌹 But I do think you would like the personalities of the band members (total goofballs) If you ever have a slow Sunday you could always. Privately, check out some of their vlogs from tour (2017 -2022) they are often hilarious 😂

Boasting over 70 hit singles, they won Best New Metal Band at the Metal Hammer Awards in 2018.
