I used to do this wolf cut a lot in my teen years, I always cut it myself and I loved it. It wasn’t very popular at all but I like that it is now makes me want to go for it again

Curly/wavy girl here! 👋🏻 just wanted to let everyone know I just did this haircut, it's not horrible, but my curls are obviously thicker on the top layer and thin out on the bottom. It's still wet, I will update when it dries.
Also, I did not have the guts to cut the bangs because my hair springs up really short lol

Most curly girls know we have a problem with our hair looking like a triangle lol but this haircut helps give it a more rounded shape. I reccomend it

Think about it- there's the video he shared where you just take one ponytail and direct it forward so it's ok! He did the pony in the back for more texture. In school we called this the 180 or cascade so the pony in the back is going to create a cascade effect

I did this but I did it really short and I am LOVING my new wolf hair. I also cut my bangs too short but I think everyone does that on their first try. My bangs usually only take like a week to grow out so Im confident it will grow in wonderfully. The layers are so intense when you cut it short you literally just have like a wolf mane. I love it ♥

Not gonna lie, I'm here because I had a couple drinks after a stupidly hot day of doing manual labour outdoors (I'm a Canadian who vastly prefers below freezing temp ((-20c/-4f is my happy place)) and cannot tolerate heat at all... I just cut my hair for the first time and I love it. I didn’t go too short because I just wanted to see if I could do it and it turned out great. I will be going shorter in the summer. I’m so excited to learn more ways of cutting my own hair now. I hated the way I was getting my hair cut where I live now. Thank you for making it not look so difficult and making it look so gorgeous! Gave me the courage, plus I had a great pot of scissors I bought a few years ago burning to be used 🤣.

I'm a hair stylist and looking for an easy wolfcut trick and this amazes me, be done in 5 to ten minutes hey no complaints how you did. Its perfectly easy but I imagine with thicker hair have to section more and take little longer but still a great shortcut. Thanks will use this method. 🙂

I literally just did this haircut rn at like 1 in the morning since I’m going to Europe in 2 days and my hair was super dry at the ends and I did this to give my hair more life and I was soooo nervous but this shit worked wonders I’m telling you! It’s the cutest haircut ever and thank you for making this video seem like a FaceTime call🫶🏼❤️ best advice is to take it easy on the first couple of cuts and if you wanna keep the length and not have super drastic layers then cut near your nose like she did and use hair ties to keep your hair in place so you don’t have fucked up layers! After I took out my hair ties and saw how everything looked I even split my hair down the middle again and cut the longer ends since I wanted a shorter cut. I feel like a sexy motorcycle riding lady from Kill Bill or something this haircut EATS!

Thank you! Watching a couple of your videos gave me the courage and info I needed! I just wanted the front layers a little shorter and when I go to the salon I always lose more length because they want to cut it all. This way I just freshened up that front part and kept the length! 🎉 Super happy with the results even though I have a different hair type (lots of wavy thick hair 😅)

Okay so you may not even read this, but you’re adorable and this video is great.
I’ve been cutting my own hair since I was early teens, literally two decades ago 😰 I’ve gotten pretty okay at it, but short hair is easy and looks cute with a messy cut so win/win. However, I’ve had to learn to cut long hair since my daughter has gotten older. I love cutting layers, and her hair is THICK so layers works so much better for her. Just a quick search for an easy wolf cut video brought me here. You make me feel like me and my sister were in the bathroom doing each other’s hair, which we did all the time growing up. Just genuine and not .. you know.. the way people act when they make a video 🙄 you know, when you turn the volume down because their narrating is either flat and scripted or overly hyper and obnoxious. I just wish more creators had this chill, real vibe you have captured.

Straight haired girllll hereee, I tried this for the first time cuz I wanted to cut of my damaged hair, so what I did was cut a Lil bit under my damaged hair and then cut it straight, I didn't cut as much as you did. I think I cut like 2 - 3 inches. It turned out perfect and next time I'm Def going to cut more off the front. Thank you for the great tutorial!!! ❤
