Watching myself perform the same mistake many athletes who send in their breakdown to me just infuriated me but that does not mean a video cannot be made to help.     Your are not getting enough stretch reflex in your achilles so its difficult for your leg to get straighter on landing so you end up trying to push your body of the ground so it will cause you to spend too much time on the ground causing you to run slower.
    When your achilles lands on the ground with a stretch reflex it will recoil and get you off the ground faster.
    You need to have a better dorsiflexion of the lead leg.

      What are good ways to work on dorsiflexion aside form thinking about it and implementing it in our sprinting?
      I have pretty tight calves, especially in my left calf since I've had a pretty bad tendonitis from my distance running years.
      It's better now but my calves are still pretty tight and not super strong.
      Should I focus on stretching/mobility work/ rehab exercises that I had from physio?
      Should I focus more on calf strength/explosiveness? Both?

    Can I use this technique in all types of running? Or just sprinting?

      It’s more intense of a pull in sprinting.. It’s important in long distance being able to sustain a leg pull when leg is in flexion

    Is there Any difference in your mph on the treadmil in compare the track speed (mph)

      You don't feel as much friction on a treadmill I think
