    I’m a bit confused about the explanation of the layout. How does the height channels above the screen factor into the bed layer? So there are 6 in-ceiling channels which are x.x.6. But then they’re also running those height channels above the screen. I don’t think I’ve seen that before. Usually when I see speakers at the top of the wall they are considered “Atmos” channels. I don’t think I’ve ever seen height channels being considered part of the bed layer, so I’m just curious how that gets set up and how it works with decoding since most processors max out at 6 height channels. Thanks!

      Good question! You are correct! The options for additional front speakers are going to be wide, height and top Atmos front. When configuring the processor for 6 Atmos you would select top Atmos front, middle, and rear ideally. Hope that helps. Call us anytime to discuss with a specialist! 877-417-9000
