    Thank you for sharing these videos! I hope you will consider doing more strength training. There’s a lot of people w/ scoliosis who struggle to get back into shape and often times, b/c we don’t know the proper form/ movements our backs tend to suffer even more… Much appreciated! ❤

      @@TSCConnectThanks for your reply! I have tried and love all of the exercise videos you’ve shared, but I esp love the dumbbell workouts and the TRX/ suspension trainer workout. Your videos encouraged me to purchase a Schroth Bar, which is one of the best purchases / decisions I’ve ever made. Because there are no Schroth therapists or clinics available where I live, your videos are invaluable! ❤
      Thank you!!

    This is a great workout! I do strength workouts using the Peloton app, but this is so much better because proper spine alignment is reinforced throughout the exercises and makes my back feel so much better when I'm done. Thank you!

    Do you know why my lower part of my shoulder blade feel sore after doing the dumbbell rowing? I tried to follow your instructions and prasticed it in front of the mirror. Is it normal to feel sore ?
    And do I need to pull my elbows to the sky as high as I can ?

    • @TSCConnect
      @TSCConnect  6 месяцев назад

      It's difficult to assess why your shoulder feels sore over RUclips, without doing an individual assessment. Soreness can mean different things so we suggest getting an assessment by a medical professional. You don't need to pull your elbows too high, only as high as you feel comfortable.

      The problem now is , i am getting severe back pain when i stand for long, as i was doing push ups before. Then i quit. I love Step up with dumbell, as it increase Testosterone. Is rowing machine safe for scoliosis

    • @TSCConnect
      @TSCConnect  5 месяцев назад +1

      In general the rowing machine keeps your spine in neutral because there isn't any twisting, however you want to make sure to try not to round your back too much (from the sideview) at the start of each pull. It requires lots of hip range of motion into flexion

    Can it lose arm fat?

    • @TSCConnect
      @TSCConnect  11 месяцев назад +2

      Fat loss is highly dependent on many factors like diet, sleep, genetics, hormones, etc. We don't focus on fat loss on our channel, instead we want to offer workouts that will help you integrate more movement into your week and stay strong to support your spine.

    • @TSCConnect

      If you keep your trunk in a neutral position, then you are supporting your spine. However scoliosis curve progression sometimes occurs due to many other factors other than exercise position, such as genetics, hormones, growth, etc

    The title says upper body for scoliosis but no verbal mention of scoliosis.

    • @TSCConnect
      @TSCConnect  4 месяца назад +2

      Our whole channel is created with exercises that are friendly for people with scoliosis. They are not meant for treatment, as typically you would require 3-dimensional scoliosis-specific exercises such as the Schroth Method. So these workouts are meant to be fitness-based workouts made from movements that don't involve bending or twisting of the spine.
