Great exercise,it helped me a lot with my neck scoliosis.
Glad it helped!
These videos have helped me SO MUCH, I can’t thank you enough!! They are gentle enough for a workout without over doing it before work, which can be very hard on my body! (Dog groomer for 20 years) I have been recommending you to everyone I know! ❤️🙏
You're so welcome! Thank you so so much for sharing our content, it’s so helpful!
Found this today. I've been in agony with neck scoliosis. Headache and not able to move very well. I will do these every day. Thank you so much for this.

Superb for shoulders & neck,……thanks physio Andrea 👍🌹
Awesome, so glad to hear it feels good!
This video is awesome! My whole spine is a bit of a mess, but my neck in particular goes in exactly the opposite direction from what it's supposed to, so I get a lot of pain and stiffness there. I'm excited to start using these stretches to work the muscles and relieve some of the tension in my neck and shoulders. Thanks so much! :)
You’re very welcome! Let us know how it goes!
Thanks

A very nice demonstration. I have a rotator cuff issue and no doubt your exercises for this will help. Thank you. 😊@@TSCConnect

Thanks!
Oh my thank you so much for the support! 🙏🙏
I’m here after 6 months of neck problems that gave me vertigo and a pinched nerve in my neck. I am thankful for this video and will be doing this everyday. But I have a question: is that normal for scoliosis to cause vertigo ? I’m so scared to ever feel like that again
Thanks for watching our channel! That's not a commonly associated symptom of scoliosis, please see a vestibular-trained physiotherapist or specialist who can assess the cause of your vertigo.
@@TSCConnectthank you so much for your reply. I had vertigo for months and no one could tell me what caused it. Then ended up with a pinched nerve in my neck (that left numbness down my right arm) so I started going to physical therapy for that. It was my PT that suggested the scoliosis in my neck might have been what made my vertigo last so long. 🤷🏼♀️ PT does make me feel better I’m just worried that vertigo could ever come back.
Is it ok for me if during follow this video my back feels 'thight' or uncomfortable
In general, this is a very gentle routine so it may feel ok/good to move if you have tightness. But we can’t give medical advice over RUclips so please find a healthcare professional who can assess and treat your specific issues.
Today I came with a lot of pain in my higher shoulder. This video alleviated that pain a lot. Thank you 🙏🏻🤍
Glad it helped! We’d appreciate any support like shares, supers, or joining our membership so we can continue creating more videos like this one…. Another neck mobility routine is coming up soon!
