Hello! Oh we're so glad to hear that you've found some motivation again! It's normal to move through cycles, and it's important to listen to your body in those times. I hope you find some workouts on our channel that suit you - all the light blue banners are the gentler, lower-impact workouts :) -Physio Andrea
Hey Daniel! We're so glad you like it - good to hear the beginner level workouts are valuable, so we'll keep making them :) We'd really appreciate any shares of our videos, so we can keep making them!
So helpful! Have been looking for scoliosis-friendly arm exercises but I find most of those in your arm-workout video too difficult. By combining the easiest ones from that video with this workout, I feel like I can strengthen my arms and shoulders safely. Thank you !
I just want to thank you so much for these videos! I wish I had been referred to your website when I was diagnosed with Scoliosis. They told me to go to a physiotherapist, which I did, but it didn't seem to work out for me, and I can't afford to keep going to different physiotherapists, or even back to the same one if I have issues. I think these videos are helping me to avoid having issues in the first place! I do the warm-up one every day before my chores, and every other day I also do this full-body workout, followed by the stretches for sore back. Looking forward to trying the other videos once I'm strengthened by these ones!😊
@@beemagnolia7103 check our Hilary Christie, I believe she’s in Winnipeg! Or, we’re always happy to have clients from across Canada do an intensive at one of our Vancouver clinics :)
@@TSCConnect Thank you, I will definitely go to Hilary Christie when I feel I can afford it. ( I checked out their great website) I wish I had known about her when I was first looking for a physiotherapist! Thanks for the tip!
Just incase someone finds this video and tries these exercises at home. Be careful of not over doing wall pushups start in increments. I was doing 50 a day and a messed up my back. First start with 20 slowly go up, then knee push ups, stair push ups, and finally start doing normal pushups.
Very good tip! Especially for people with spinal conditions, we always advocate to start on the easier side, see how your body responds, and then progress either by increasing repetitions, adding weights, or making the starting position more difficult.
Hii, thanks so much, these are really cool videos. But i think it will be perfect if we can see side ver. To know how our back should be and what we shoupd not do
Thanks for the idea! We shoot on a diagonal on purpose to try to show the mix of front and side views. However for exercises where sideview alignment does matter, we will try to make sure to show that angle.
it would be really nice if you had written versions of these routines somewhere. following a video is good for me the first few times to make sure im doing it right but i really prefer to exercise in silence and at my own pace, and having an easy reference would be a lot better than having to skim through the paused videos to remind myself of what comes next. still, great videos and exercises thanks a lot for them.

Hello, I’m 56 years old , pretty active exercising since childhood. With severe scoliosis though not operated . And that doesn’t quite show.. even have osteoporosis and a vertebrae fracture. Are your workouts good for me? 😊
Our workouts are all designed with spine neutral movements, meaning they do not involve bending or twisting of the spine. We cannot provide individual medical advice over youtube, however we have made beginner level workouts that are low impact and low intensity, with less position transitions: ruclips.net/p/PLpr1aOXw16npMQ-VycnLnroPcndSmwQVE This is probably our easiest routine: ruclips.net/video/i0ksoBL4SuQ/видео.html If you still aren't sure, please find a physiotherapist near you who can assess your situation and provide recommendations. Thanks!
Thank you,Andrea for this one,…..shoulder taps everywhere in your videos, are difficult for me, does that imply my obliques are not strong, how can I master them
Do you have some abdominal strengthening exercises using a ball? I've been doing sit-ups with an 16-inch ball in between my legs, then bringing it towards by head while I lift up but it seems this is bad for the scoliosis. I do the dead bug but not sure about all the exercises using my hands as I broke my wrist in the past and try not to do too many using my wrists. I also have spondylolithesis and am in pain in my buttocks down the leg most of the time except after an epidural. Do you have some exercises for core for spondylothesis? I'm 74 and been working out all my life but my spine has deteriorated from the scoliosis and spondy. Thank you!

Do you mean shoulder taps in plank position?
In plank or on the chair
Try placing your feet farther apart, or closer to the chair/your hands. You can lift your pelvis up higher too, which makes it a bit easier.
